Cretan style 2 bedroom house

Two bedroom villa in cretan style with all modern facilities sitting amongst the olive groves 6 km east of Rethymnon with views of the sea. Fully furnished to a high standard. Double bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and pull out single bed. Both with air conditioning and quality furniture. Downstairs we have under floor heating throughout. A large bathroom with shower &.auto washing machine. The living area has comfortable seating for 7. Our kitchen area has everything required from a kettle to dishwasher and f/ frz. Dining for 6, outside there is a terrace/ garden with view of the sea. The upstairs terrace has views over the olive groves and coastline. There is ample parking, the communal pool with separate children’s pool is only 30 metres away. The local shops, tavernas, beaches etc are 3 km away.

Our villa is on a newly built Cretan style village close to Adele and Agia Paraskevi and only 6km from Rethymnon. Only 5 minutes drive to the beaches with Taverners and small shops even closer. Chania and Heraklion airports being approx 50 minutes drive away.

Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding

The second bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a set of sturdy bunk beds with a pull out bed which can be used elsewhere if required these all have comfortable mattresses. This room also has hot and cold air con unit fitted. Our upstairs landing leads onto the upper terrace which has beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea.
