The description was perfect and the villa corresponds completly to it. The place is very quiet, near a small village and surrounded by olive trees. The villa is very clean and well maintained. The view is extraordinary and the swimming pool wonderful. The rooms are very convenient and well equipped, the only small inconvenience is that the fridge is rather small so you have to go to the supermarket nearly everyday. The villa is 15 Km from Rethymnon, so you can go there very easily in the evening, the city has many shops, restaurants and cafes. Our stay in Villa Fortetsa was wonderful and we recommend it warmly.
