The beach is only a short walk down a few steps, less than half a minute. The properties are in a truly spectacular setting with views of the sea and Assos with its Venetian castle beyond. One of Kefalonia's most magical sights, picturesque Assos sits off the beaten track – quiet and deeply relaxing. Assos features on many Greek island brochures and rightly so, situated in Northern Kefallonia it's scenic beauty is a show stopper. A visit to Assos is the only way to truly appreciate its beauty.

The newly built 'Pefko' also enjoys one of the prime locations in Assos, elegantly designed and furnished with spectacular views across Assos and the venetian castle. The beach is only a short walk, less than one minute.The main bedroom has a double bed, with matching wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers, it is on the upper floor with its own bathroom and has a small balcony overlooking the stunning views of Assos and the castle. The second bedroom is downstairs, has twin beds and the property is beautifully furnished throughout. There is a second w/c & shower room downstairs, a separate living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. Housekeeping service provided with a change of towels/bed linen midweek and rubbish will be collected daily. The house sleeps a maximum of six people and is suitable for larger families or friends sharing. The property is in a truly spectacular setting with views of Assos and its Venetian castle beyond.

Assos is a 45 minute drive from the airport heading north. This beautiful village will suit those seeking a peaceful retreat who will enjoy the spectacular scenery and the flora and fauna of the area as well as the ambiance provided by the tavernas and cafes surrounding the picturesque harbour in Assos. Less than half an hour's drive you will reach the town of Fiscardo to the north of Assos or Myrtos beach to the south.

Assos a hidden gem, Apollonia a jewel

This is a beautiful place to relax.
You cannot get any closer to the sea than this.
It is idyllic with the best view in Assos
The cleaner is brilliant, the place is always clean and tidy and well maintained.
Real value for money. The photos are spot on.

We have been back 4 times and will go again this year. We love the apartment, our teenage girls love the village, and our 5 year old adores everything.
