Angelica villas were created for the discerning traveller. Decorated and in part built with stone extracted from the land it is built on. The four villas are surrounded by greenery, flowers and birds. Our aim is to give everyone the feeling of privacy yet all apartments have stunning views of the Saronic Gulf adorned with islands. Each apartment and studio has independent access to a garden and is fully equipped. All units have balconies with views to the sea where you may just relax or enjoy a snack. Angelica villas suitable for families couples and singles seeking to experience the real beauty and history of Greece. Within a few minutes walk there is a beach, and a choice of tavernas and bars. Access to a large swimming pool is a short walk away. The village which is a five minute drive also has a variety of bars, cafes, tavernas and shops. There is a range of historic sites to visit all within 1 hours drive like the Ancient Theatre, Nafplion, Mykines, Corinth and Athens.

Ancient Epidavros is famous for best preserved ancient theatre where in the summer Greek dramas are performed during the weekends. It is also the birthplace of modern medicine and healing and this is obvious by the lushness of it's natural surroundings. The climate of Ancient Epidavros is very mild and therefore visitors can swim in the Saronic Gulf from March to October. The location of Ancient Epidavros is such that although on the mainland gives the feeling of being on an island and yet only 1.5 hrs drive to Athens. It is predominantly a farming community specialising in citrus fruit and olives. One thing that the village can definitely boast about is it's excellent tavernas serving a variety of food and freshly caught fish. Recently a small ancient theatre, older than the famous one has been discovered within the village and music concerts are held there during the month of July. At the same time there is a fiesta with music exhibiting all local produce..

We enjoyed our stay at Angelica Villas very much. Angeliki and Elias were very friendly, generous and gracious hosts. Our apartment, a one-bedroom, was very nicely decorated, fully equiped and well maintained. The property is almost entirely a lovely garden with attractively designed buildings. The sea-view from our balcony was fantastic at any time of day or evening. It is perfect for a quiet, out of the way and very relaxing vacation and a great home-base for touring the Peloponnese. Palea Epidavros is a very nice sea port town with lots to offer those looking for a non-touristic holiday. It has great restaurants and friendly markets, but we highly recommend having a car. We have no hesitation to recommend Angelica Villas and Epidavros as a vacation destination and hope to return some day!

We enjoyed our summer holidays in Angelica Villas. The apartment is big enough, very clean, within a lovely garden. Great for our kids 9 and 5. Owner is very attentive and friendly. Surrounding area and the sea is beautiful. The resume: everything is very stylish. No doubts, strongly recommended for everyone. Thank you once again.

Nice Villa hotel/ Belle Villa appartements

We`ve been very please staying at this beautyfull place. The room was very well equiped, modern and climatisation was perfect. This was a paradise and quite place for romantic vacation and close enough to visit differents sites. The beach is very close (about 100m) and very nice, you can swim even in the evening. The owner is very nice and helpfull person. A+++++

Nous avons été très heureux d'avoir louer cette merveilleuse villa. Le studio était très bien équipé. moderne et bien climatisé. C'était un paradis et une place bien calme et romantique. Plusieurs sites sont à visiter dans les environs. La plage est près (100m) et très bien on peut même si baigner en soirée. La propriétaire est bien accueillante. A++++++

5 wunderful days in the Peloponnese

The first week of May my husband, our two boys (14 and 18) and myself stayed, in combination with a few days Athene, five days at Angelica villas. The bungalow was great: tastfully furnished, cosy, clean, many space, a beautiful view at sea from the balcony, a beautiful garden and a little beach at 100m. The villas are at a little distance of old Epidavros, so you need a car or any other means of transport when you want to visit something. The owner Angelica was very friendly and helpfull. We made lovely trips to several interesting, historical places and the little Greek villages at sea. Angelica villas is for all kinds of families. What about teenagers: it depends of their interests. All four of us, we had a wunderful time and love to come back sometimes

Our home in Greece

We planned our 2 month vacation in Greece, with a 4 week stay in a place that we could call home. What we found was charming, beautiful and comfortable --- Angelica Villas.

We were able to take day trips to many parts of the Peloponese, and the islands of Aegina, Poros, and Hydra. We also used this as our base camp to venture further north to Volos, Corfu, Delphi, Olympia and Athens. Angelica Villas delivered everything beyond our expectations, the properties buildings, gardens & interiors are lovely, well planned & designed. The apartments are bright, airy, simply furnished & well planned. We had a large terrace overlooking the sea & were able to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises.

The proprietors, Angeliki & Elia are the most pleasent & helpful people you would ever want to deal with. They made us feel that we had been friends for years.

The town of Ancient Epidavros, is a great little port town, with many restuarants & local shops. Each morning we would go into town to purchase fresh fish, fruit and vegetables for the meals that we made & ate on our terrace. The shop keepers were friendly & helpful. We loved this place so much, that we extended our stay an additional 2 weeks.

Whether you plan to stay a short time, or as we did, have an extended holiday, we highly recommend Angelica Villas.
