Luxurious traditional stone built semi detached studios, each studio sleeps 2,furnished to a very high standard, situated amongst the olive groves, close to the beach and surrounded by the beautiful Tagetos mountains, studio style apartment with double bed, en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, fitted kitchen with marble worktops, hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, air-conditioning available at local rate. French windows open onto a terrace with sea views. Lovely courtyard & gardens. Situated within a 10 min walk to the local beach of Pantazi and its beach bar, a 20 min walk to the delightful fishing village of Agios Nikoloas, with its traditional tavernas, supermarkets & coffee shops. Stoupa is a 10min car/bus ride, with its lovely sandy beaches and beach tavernas. There is a bus service available direct from Athens to the property. This property is ideal for people who enjoy walking holidays with lovely walks available through the local countryside.

Pantazi beach in summer offers loungers, umbrellas, taverna beach bar and wc, 5 mins walk to the village of Agois Dimitrios to the south and 10 mins walk north to the fishing village of Agios Nikolaos where there are many tavernas serving wonderful freshly prepared meals, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and clinic. The larger more famous resort of Stoupa is just a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find two large sandy beaches with numerous bars and tavernas, car/bike rental, pedalo and boat hire.

Travelling to the property from UK
There are regular Sunday flights from the UK to Kalamata from May to October.British Airways and Easyjet also fly low cost flights from London to Athens on a daily basis throughout the year.You may also consider Aegean Airlines who are now flying low cost flights into Athens from Stansted airport.This allows a pleasant 4 hrs drive through picturesque scenery to the property.If you require assistance in booking a car you can contact us for advice on very reasonable car hire costs from Kalamata or Athens.There are taxi's and public transport available from the airports direct to the property.

The overall impression of these studios are of immaculate presentation and attention to detail! Start and Linda could not have been more welcoming or attentive to our needs! Even down to the use of their bikes for some well needed exercise. Although a car is a definate must, the actual location was really ideal, close enough to Stoupa and nearby beaches but far enough away to not be bothered with any noise.
The studios had everything you could possibly need and without doubt I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near enough for meals out in the evening at nearby tavernas!
The description was spot on, and the studio was clean and well maintained!
The area is absolutely stunning, with lovely mountains as a backdrop, the sea laid out before you and the friendliness of everyone in the area, went a long way to making the perfect holiday!
Without doubt I would recommend them and the studios to anyone!
