A bright, modern self-catering apartment overlooking citrus groves, just minutes from the beach, shop and taverna. The apartment sleeps up to six in two double bedrooms and a comfortable bed settee in the living area. A large balcony, with electric awnings, runs around two sides of the apartment, extending the living area considerably. Doors from both bedrooms and the living area open on to the balcony. The compact, well appointed, kitchen includes a full size cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also an automatic washing machine. Entertainment is provided in the form of satellite television and a DVD/CD player.

The apartment is near the traditional village and beach of Drepano. The popular seaside resort of Tolo is 2 km away and Nafplion 6 km. The surrounding area has many villages and towns with tavernas and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a wide variety of beaches within the area. For those with an interest in history and archaeology the area is dotted with numerous ancient castles, churches and places of interest. The apartment is close to Nafplion, which was the first Greek Capital. Nafplion is a delightful harbour town with two forts, many beautiful buildings and other places of interest. Argos, the oldest continuously inhabited town in Europe is also quite close. The magnificent ancient theatre at Epidavros is nearby as is Mycenae. Other buildings and monuments, including many from the Roman, Byzantine, Venetian and Turkish occupations of the area are easily reached. Argos and Nafplion provide a great shopping experience and Athens is close enough for a day trip.

Surprising environment in the very best condition: everything available you need to have absolute comfortable holidays - even details as beach towels or washing powder for the dishwasher.
Photos show correctly the rooms. Surrounding as expected, breakfast on the sunny veranda at 9 a.m., bathing in 23°C mediterrean sea, BUT looking around only with car - as recommended.
Comfortable to reach by car from Athens airport.
End of season means not all restaurants, shops etc. are open in the villages, but Nafplion did.
Happy family (two ad. + one 16 yr. boy + 15 yr girl)
