Niki Apartments is a small semi-rural complex of 16 first-class apartments in 3 buildings. It is surrounded by pine trees and set in lovely gardens, with a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of the lively town of Ialyssos with its fine pebble beaches, water-sports, shops, restaurants and other facilities. Niki attracts both long and short term residents (Some residents are year round, some book for the entire summer and some visit annually for a few weeks.) The owners also live in their house on the property. Consequently, staying at Niki Apartments is not like staying in a hotel. It gives you a feeling of a home and yet has most of the amenities of a good hotel.

These units have 1 twin bedroom, a sitting room, separate kitchen and 1 bathroom with bath. The sitting room has 2 convertible single beds and the fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove and oven, refrigerator and clothes washing machine. There is also a large balcony/veranda with table and chairs suitable for al fresco dining. There are also some apartments which do not have an oven or washing machine. A washing machine is however installed in the basement of the building and is available to guests free of charge. These apartments are £45/£23 per night rather than £54/£27. There is also a studio apartment which rents for £32/£16 per night, it has two convertible beds; kitchen area with electric stove and refrigerator; bathroom with shower. Although compact and bijou as the saying goes, it has lovely views, lots of light and compares favourably with a normal hotel room in size. I consider it a bargain for a couple on a budget or the single traveller.

Car Rental

Although a car is not strictly necessary if you do not intend to spend much time off the property, Rhodes has a lot to see and do and we would suggest renting one if you want to get around the island. At the same time, taxis are relatively cheap on Rhodes and would be adequate for a few short excursions. ie. buying groceries, a trip into Rhodes Town, etc. We will be happy to provide further information if you are undecided about renting a car.However, we recommend our affiliated Pegasus Rent A Car Co.in order to arrange for your account the relative bookings accordingly. Representative of the Company will welcome you at Diagoras Rhodes Airport to indicate on the map the way or driving you up to Niki Hotel Apartments. The bus station is located in front of the Hotel and are connecting the Ialyssos city and Rhodes town.

How furnished?

You will find that Niki Apartments are well furnished by Greek standards. Adequate dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans are provided for the number of people the apartment can accommodate. With daily maid service included, linen and towels are also taken care of. Really all you need to bring are clothes and sun tan lotion.

Swimming Pool

The pool is more than large enough to accommodate all guests. It is not supervised however so care must be taken with children. Because of the more residential nature of Niki Apartments, you will find that there are rarely more than a few people around the pool at any time and often you will have it to yourself. If you are visiting in the winter the pool is emptied from the beginning of November through April.
