Apartment consists of 2 floors each 90 sqm's + attic consisting of seperate bedroom, open plan dining, living and kitchen, large shower, views of the beach and city. The apartment features climate controlled bedroom and living areas, full facility kitchen incorporating cooktop, oven and full size fridge. Accessories include spare fold up beds for extra family members or friends, sunbeds for use outside in landscaped garden or on the beach.Location is superb with local supermarkets, restaurants/tavernas and child playground cafe's within walking distance. A 15 minute drive (or bus ride) takes you to rhodes town (including old town) and the local hospital. The pebble beach is safe for children.

Waterfront on Bay of Ixia, Ialyssos Rhodes. 15 minutes into town where you will find many attractions including, the Old Town with the fabled Knights of St John Castle, famous Elli beach and Mandraki harbour with its many coffee shops, tradional tavernas and bars. Closer to home and within walking distance is the Trianda tourist precinct where there are many kidszone cafes where you can cool off with a drink or grab a coffee and let the kids play within supervised areas. Car and motorbike rentals are also nearby along with several good quality tavernas and many popular bars where you can watch football with foreign commentary. Alternatively Hire a mountain bike or a scooter and head up the mountain (Philerimo) and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and breathtaking views. We recommend hiring a car/taxi to visit other popular places such as Lindos, Faliraki and Waterpark- a haven for kids! For watersport lovers there's windsurfing and jetski hire both within walking distances on the beach

Payment Terms.
Booking reservations can be secured by paying a 100 euro deposit (or 20% if booking more than 2 weeks) to secure your booking with a balance payable once you arrive before receiving keys. Alternatively if you wish to make the full booking upfront a few days prior to arriving this can be made via bank transfer with a full acknowledgment emailed to you once payment is made. All cancellations must be advised 28 days (4 WEEKS) prior to arrival to allow time to rebook the apartment. Any cancellation past this date will result in loss of deposit.

Linen is changed once per week and towels/tea towels are provided. Beach Towels are not provided. Cleaning is once a week or as required.
