Dominant, quiet and comfortable situation. Regrettably the house was not clean on arrival; I spent a whole day to clean everything (grounds, dusts, cobwebs in the dishes, important molds in cupboards, dirty windows). Bathrooms were correct.
I contacted the owner who was very surprised by my remarks, he specified me that it was the first time when it arrived, and when for my next rent in September, everything would be completed (see my second comment).
The surface indicated by the house (115 m2) includes a part of terraces, it is a little bit misleading. The living space is closer 90 m2. The situation is quiet, only the dogs of the neighborhood can be annoying (5 or 6 dogs); fortunately, the frequent barkings took place only during the day.
The car park can be made on the small road near, or in front of the gate. There is really no parking lot.
The arrangements are not ended, works are in progress around, as the construction of a garage. Many materials are stored around, in bulk, what does not really give a good impression.
In summary: my day of cleaning was compensated with the fact that we stayed 2 weeks on a very beautiful island. Even if we are in the "countryside", I think that a minimum of cleanliness can be required. The fact is surprising all the more as we were not the first tenants of the season!
