Central location:
Good base for touring the island, being centrally located. Places to visit is surely must include Corfu town with its extensive shopping and dining.
The Archillion Palace, Angelocastra, The Monastery at Paleokastritsa, are just a few of the places to explore.Why not take a drive up North to find endless quiet beaches and bays, take a boat trip, or better still hire your own boat! or Walk in the footsteps of the famous Durrell brothers.
Take a sea plane to Paxos! Buzzing night-life can be found if you have the energy.
Please, note that although the weather in Corfu is fabulous in the summer season, it can be very wet in winter. Hence the green landscape. Please bear this in mind when booking a winter holiday!
Flights in winter are via Athens only. Some early flights from Gatwick & Manchester from April onwards.
Children.:
For families with young children ( or not so young) the giant water park AQUALAND is very close by.
A games chest, DVDs and books will keep your children happy when they have tired of the pool or beach.

If you have to cancel, you may name a replacement who accepts the same terms.
Transport:
Car Hire is strongly recommended, and there are several good local car hire companies. These can be booked on the internet to arrive for pick up at the airport, or can be delivered to your villa.
There is a local Bus service that runs from the village, and also an all hours TAXI service.
Local shop and bakery within 1km. Large Supermarkets from 1.3 km.

When booking your flights that we cannot receive you at the villa before 2.pm on the day of your arrival. The villa must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure. Thank you for your cooperation.
