Villa Serena is a luxury private villa, with spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each of the three first floor bedrooms have their own balconies where you can relax with total privacy. Well equipped luxury oak kitchen with black granite worktops and every possible appliance. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and set amongst one acre of mature olive trees with stunning sea views. The property has air-conditioning in every room and a modern central heating system. Fully equipped for outdoor living, Villa Serena has a huge terrace, sun loungers for ten people and 10 x 5m pool. There is plenty of parking for several cars, a covered shaded terrace area by the pool, a barbecue and a delightful outdoor eating and entertaining area covered with a wisteria clad pergola. A maid and pool cleaning service and all bedlinen is included in the rental price. You can walk to the beautiful beach at Avlaki in 5 - 10 minutes.

Maid service: A maid service is provided twice weekly. All white cotton bed sheets and bath towels are provided and beds changed weekly. Please provide your own beach towels. Here are just a few genuine comments from guests who stayed at Villa Serena in 2008. 'I just wanted to let you know we have all had a wonderful holiday at Villa Serena, it was a perfect location and we were very impressed at how well equipped and furnished it was. We have enjoyed 2 holidays in this beautiful villa in June and October and found it perfect for our family holiday. The location is ideal for trips to local beaches where we could relax, hire a boat for the day or just enjoy a delicious meal and the young ones loved the night life at Kassiopi only 15 mins away. We enjoyed some wonderful days relaxing round the villas huge pool and enjoying the stunning views . We also enjoyed walks from the villa through the olive groves down to the local beach.The well stocked local shop is in walking distance and even has internet access.We would certainly hope to visit this villa again.

Villa Serena is the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was ideal for our large family group as each bedroom had its own balcony or terrace for private relaxation. Lovely sea views with boats to watch in the distance. The grounds are idyllic : old olive trees and birdsong. Terraces around the villa are attractively planted and have a good mix of sun and shade. Beach and restaurants nearby and a small but well stocked local shop with everything we needed . We enjoyed doing a bit of cooking as the kitchen was so well equipped. A perfect villa with everything we could wish for.
