The secluded villa shown on: 'A Place in the Sun'
10 minutes from Corfu town and the airport, 10 minutes from west coast sandy beaches and one mile from Aqualand. Four miles to the Golf Course. The property is at the end of a private road and borders a small lake. It is three years old, all rooms are air conditioned and it has a large covered veranda shaded by a mature Olive tree overlooking a beautiful private swimming pool. The view is of the hills on the other side of the lake. The village is 100 yards away, along a country road and has several Tavernas, a mini market and a bakery. The site has Olive trees, walnut trees, cypresses, figs and pears. Wild life includes snowy egrets, herons, lake birds and an eagle. This was the Villa that was shown in channel 4's 'A Place in The Sun'. The Prospecting family said they wanted one just like it.

| Notes: | The Lounge has two six foot settees in it which make very comfortable beds. There is a dining table for eating inside, but mostly we eat on the Veranda or on the patio in the garden. The Villa is designed with 'Cathedral Ceilings' which makes it cool in the heat of the day. |

There is a regular bus service and George, the Village Taxi Driver is not expensive. A car is useful but not essential. 13 euros (one way)will get you to Pelekas Beach or Aghios Gordis beach by taxi, and there is a regular bus service to Glyfada Beach (1 euro fifty each way). There are two bus services (green and blue) that go into town from the village and the ride is great fun. Also you get to see the island from the back roads.
