'Villa Neo Moli' built in 2008, is a very exclusive & private, luxury villa. We offer the highest standard of accommodation in the tranquil setting of Apo Keramies, an idyllic Greek village, on the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Villa Neo Moli (featured in 'Greece Magazine'), has its own private pool, stands in stunning grounds of just under 1/2 an acre, & has 3 double bedrooms, all with luxury en-suite shower/wet rooms. Fully airconditioned, the villa has a large living area with TV, DVD, feature fireplace, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. Externally, covered balconies lead down to the large sun terrace (125m2), with loungers & parasols. From the private swimmimg pool, stone steps lead down to the family BBQ & covered pergola seating area, all set within extensive walled and landscaped gardens. A second pergola houses a full size American Pool table, adjacent to the small citrus orchard, and herb garden.

Villa Neo Moli is set amidst luscious olive and cypress groves, & has stunning views of the Ionian Sea, dramatic views of Mount Ainos, & the Castle of St George frames the rear. The villa is situated in Apo Keramies, in the Livathos region of Kefalonia, home to Kourkoumelata a unique village founded and built by the Vergotis family (friends of the Onassis family), in a flamboyant and exuberant style, found nowhere else in Greece. To this day the Vergotis family continue to pay for the upkeep of the village and its unique architecture. The famous 'Marina Cafe Bar' is 3 minutes from the villa, and boasts stunning views over the whole of the Livathos Region. Apo Keramies is located 10 minutes from Argostoli, the capital, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the islands main resort of Lassi and is ideally situated for exploring the whole of Kefalonia. The area has an abundance of small traditional Greek villages where you will find tavernas serving Greek and Kefalonian dishes.

Fantastic two weeks on beautiful Kefalonia

We arrived at the villa in brilliant sunshine, and were overwhelmed by our first impressions of the villa and the surroundings, especially the gardens. They were exactly as described on the booking website. The facilities were everything that you could wish for........ pure luxury.

The villa was spotless and very well-maintained. The twice-weekly maid service was an added luxury and helped us have two stress-free weeks in the sun.

We visited the local family run taverna, where the hospitality was first class, and we had a wonderful meal...... they also spoke perfect English which was a bonus.

Having visited Kefalonia before, we decided that we wanted to explore more of the island and rented a car for the full two weeks… this is always a good idea. We would fully recommend visiting Assos, Sami, Agia Efimia, Skala. ... all beautiful villages with plenty to do and see.
Fantastic beaches at Mirtos and Antisamos (where ‘Captain Corelli’s Mandolin’ was filmed)
The main town, Argostoli, is only ten minutes away and has the charm of modern supermarkets adjacent to the local fisherman selling their catch on the quay. You can choose to take advantage of the abundant shopping facilities in the pedestrianised streets, or simply have a coffee and watch the world go by.

Paul and Ange are the best hosts that you could wish for. Ange and Moli came on the first day to welcome us and show us how to set the hot water etc and advise on the days that the maid and the pool man would arrive. Ange also provided her contact numbers in case there was anything else we needed.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to friends and family. Only wish our stay could have been longer. Look forward to making another booking next year.

Fantastic home from home retreat

Villa Neo Moli was everything we expected and then some. As described it was in a jaw dropping idyllic setting with views of mountains that blew us away every morning when we woke and ventured out onto the balconies. There is nothing more we could have wanted, every facility was on hand and for light packers such as we were, this was ideal. Fantastic decor, relaxing and perfect for a family holiday, the pool was the icing on the cake with our kids out first thing in the morning for a dip. Near by are fantastic restaurants, beaches, views, walks and adventures to be had and Angela and Paul could not be more forthcoming with advice, guidance and general support, ovely guys.
I could not recommend Villa Neo Moli more for a relaxing and fun packed family holiday. Thanks to you both.

Villa Neo Moli - So Good We've Been There Twice!

What kept us warm on those cold winter nights was the thought that we would be back again in Villa Neo Moli this summer and the wonderful memories we had of our last visit to Kefalonia.
It worked, as we were back again this year and guess what? It was even better than last year. We love the villa, everthing about the villa is quality and every need has been catered for. It really is 5 Star.
We find the location to be perfect, secluded and private yet just a short walk or drive to all you might want. The local taverna is excellent and just a short stroll away, fabulous beaches at Avithos, Spartia & Ammes are just a short drive away, even the larger supermarkets are not too far away.
The location is perfect if you want to get away from it all, yet also well placed to explore the island.
An added benefit is that the owners live locally and ensured that evertything was to our satifaction. Thankyou Ange, Paul & Moli. See you next year.

Perfect setting for a perfect holiday!

Villa Neo Moli is in the most perfect setting for a family holid ay. You never tire of watching the sun come up in the morning over mount Ainos.
The villa is complete luxury, inside and out. The owners are soooo helpful with making your stay perfect.
The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, outside the gardens are beautiful, and grass always looking lush. The pool and patio areas are very spacious and well kept.
The villa was spotless and well maintained with everything you could possibly need during your stay.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves in a perfect location with a short walk to a lovely taverna with fantastic food run by lovely welcoming people.
The villa is a 10 min drive from airport easy to find following very good directions from the owners.
There is sooo many fantastic things to see and do on this island a car is a must. Anything we required on our holiday as we took our 5 month old baby "Evie" the owners were only too happy to oblige. We would reccamend this villa to anyone and will definately be going back ourselves as soon as possible.

Our Kefalonian Dream

Well were do we begin? If you are looking for a totally relaxing break in a luxurious Villa equipped to the highest standard, surrounded by fantastic views then Villa Neo Moli is the place for you.
Nip into Argostoli early in the morning for the freah sea bass, prepare on the villa's barbeque downed by a cool glass of Robola - bliss! On a evening walk to the local restaurant 'Olive Grove' ( 5 mins walk) - the service and food are excellent. This is our third time on the Island, each time we find something different -try Mount Ainos but be prepared!

Paul , Ange and Moli are the perfect hosts.- thanks to them for letting experience our Kefalonian dream.
We will defintely be back and have already booked for 2011! Enjoy.
