Villa Joanna Luxury Villa with Private pool and Stunning sea views.

Set in Kaligata village in the beautiful Livathos region of Cephalonia, just a 10 minute drive from the airport. The villa is situated in a very peaceful location amongst pretty villages in the countryside with great views to the Ionian Sea, Zakynthos and the small Islet of Dias. 'Joanna' boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 kingsize and 1 twin all with ensuite bathrooms. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living area with flat screen TV, DVD, HIFI, offers comfortable relaxing and dining areas, alongside a fully fitted kitchen. This looks out towards the sea and onto a large patio area with pergola and comfortable seating, plus a swimming pool with sunbathing area, sunbeds, a landscaped garden and barbeque. There are some olive trees for natural shade as well as an umbrella. The villa is fully air-conditioned. 'Joanna' is an ideal location for families, couples and friends.

'Joanna' is situated in the very pretty village of Kaligata, the former home of the Calliga Winery, famous for the Robola wines. It is set amongst the countryside with just two houses close by. There are olive, fruit trees and vineyards in abundance, lovely flowers in early and late season, a quiet unspoilt and rural area, great for walking, cycling or driving around or to just sit, relax and listen to the bells of the grazing sheep. There is a supermarket in the village and café bar also a bus route into Argostoli the capital of the island, where you find many shops, bars and restaurants. The lovely beach at Avithos is only a fifteen minute stroll away with a beach bar and taverna with views to Zakynthos. The beach is long with sand and pebbles. It boasts the ‘Blue Flag award’. At least 10 beaches and many restaurants etc are within a ten minute drive. Next to Kaligata we find Kourkoumelata the sought after village that is famed for being one of the best kept villages in Greece.
