Villa Helena built in 2005 is a stunning 5 bedroomed villa completed to a high standard. Stands in her own grounds of 2 acres nestling amongst olive groves. Villa Helena has 5 double bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms/shower rooms and guest cloakroom. Fully air-conditioned, with large open plan living and dining area, seating 10 guests comfortably. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has TV with local satellite channels, DVD player and open feature fireplace. The kitchen/dining area has a seating area for 10 guests. Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and the utility room houses the washing machine. The villa is surrounded by patio area with its own 80sq metre swimming pool, covered BBQ area with summer kitchen and for our guests’ private use a tennis court. There is a children’s play area and orchard with many different fruit trees growing. The view from the pool area is stunning, overlooking both the sea out to Zakynthos and then inland to Mount Ainos

Villa Helena stands on its own private grounds of 2 acres nestling amongst olive groves. It offers a peaceful and secluded location with views over the countryside to the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos in the distance. Looking inland is a superb view of Mount Ainos. The sleepy village of Klismata is a short walk from the villa, the local beach Paliolinos, is within walking distance if rather a steep climb on the way back, the blue flag beach of Avithos is a five minute drive away. Our nearest taverna is a short walk along the country lane in front of the villa, the nearest mini market is a few minutes walk away in the village. The locality is generally rural with some privately built villas but no obvious tourist type accommodation to spoil the peace of the area. The busier resort of Lassi with a variety of tavernas and some bars is about 7 -10 minutes drive from the villa and the capital town of the island Argostoli another 5 minutes further on, a busier working town.

  • The rental rates are based on an occupancy of 4 persons or less. Each extra person will be charged £100 per week up to 10 persons. To book villa Helena a £350 non-returnable deposit is required. The final balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive at the villa for your holiday. Unfortunately we cannot take bookings by credit/debit card, only by personal cheque or direct bank transfer.We will require a £200 security deposit with the the final balance payment, as a separate cheque.Details regarding this are included in our booking terms and conditions.Please see our web site link to these.

AMAZING,Truly a beautiful villa, breathtaking views, We got married in Keramies Kefalonia and had a wonderful greek ceromony at the villa, My family and friends could not believe how fantastic it was,
The cleaner pops in to change sheets etc but you hardly know shes there and Yiannis(the owner) waters plants and veg garden and you dont even see him as hes so discreet, Anything you want and he will help get it for you,Villa Helena is a clean well looked after and special place I would wholeheartedly recommend it to families or friends, We loved it so much that we did not really need to go out but if you did want to visit local places Argostoli is a 10 min drive and is a wonderful place to eat and shop both daytime or evening, GO i promise you a fantastic and memorable holiday. Carmel & Roger.

Villa Helena is exceptionally well-equipped. It is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. Every bedroom has an en-suite and the pool is large enough for everyone to dive in and enjoy themseleves. Infact it's one of the best pools we've ever had with a villa holiday. The main BBQ eating area is splendid and perfect for a big family dinner/BBQ.
There is also a rather lovely,unspoilt view out to the sea from the villa. In all Villa Helena is simply breath-taking. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. In fact we had had such a good holiday here, we came back!
Owner's Response: Yes,when we were looking for a plot of land it was the view that finally clinched it. It is something you never tire of, especially on a still summers evening relaxing with a glass of wine!!
So thank you for the great review, and as you say the holiday was so good you came back!!!!
