Family villa - Domata, Kefalonia, Greece
Villa Niki is situated in a beautiful, peaceful location, in the small village of Domata, near Svoronata.I am pleased to say that the whole of Villa Niki is now available for rental. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and double oven. There is a large living/dining room, the table can sit 10. 2 pairs of French doors open on to the terrace. Also down stairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds and 1 double. The double has French doors on to the terrace. There is a large shower room. Upstairs comprises of an extremely large lounge with 2 pairs of French doors opening on to the upstairs balcony. It also has a traditional fireplace, TV and DVD player. The other room upstairs is a very large bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a utility room with a washing machine. There is also a large built- in BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs with a large parasol.

Villa Niki is surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees and is ideally situated for walking and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The area has several small traditional tavernas offering a large variety of local cuisine and wine. The blue flag beach of Avithos is a 5 minute drive away and has 2 excellent tavernas as well as a beach snack bar. A further 5 minute drive away are a further 2 famous beaches, Makris Yialos and Platis Yialos in the town of Lassi. A further 5 minutes drive brings you to the capital, Argostoli, a vibrant and bustling town with its beautiful harbor, bars, tavernas and shops.
