In the northern area of Cefalonia, the biggest of the Ionian Islands archipelago, Fiskardo is one of the most exclusive, cosmopolitan, touristic ports, visited by the sailing affectionate and VIPs from all over the Mediterranean sea. Tzelentata, just few minutes (1,9km) drive from Fiskardo, is a delightful and quite village in a green reserve of olive trees and cypresses. Here, Villa Kalimera, easy walk to local tavernas, village shops, and local beaches, has been lovingly restored in 2006 as is one of the few stone rural building that survived the 1957 earthquake, officially declared “traditional house” by the Greek Environment Ministry. Large living/dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms, each with bathroom, on the first floor all plainly furnished. Outside, a romantic patio with an old rain water reservoir, were, as in the ancient style, a stone open air staircase is the only connection between the two floors of the house.

  • A Deposit of £200.00 per week of stay is required at the time of booking with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. If you wish to book more than 2 weeks , a discount will be given.
    The prices quoted are for the use of the villa, contents and grounds and includes one full water cistern.
    Normally a full cistern is more than enough for 6 people for 10/14 days. Any additional water consume is not included in the price. This is due to the fact that the island's water supply is brought from the mainland by ship.
    Maid service and linen change 2 time a week
    (More maid service on request).
