Opposite the dining room, there is a big luxury kitchen with all the modern facilities, oven, dish washer, microwave, huge fridge & kitchen fitments full of kitchen equipments. On the front side of the living room, there is a big veranda (12 m long and 3 m wide), where you will probably spend some time during the day to relax on the sun beds, enjoying the unique stunning sea-view! This is the spot of Villa Paradise!!! There is balcony also all around the second floor.

  • There are 2 floors with inside step. On the first floor, there are 3 big bedrooms, all with air-condition, orthopaedic beds and big wardrobes. There is also the main bathroom, which is big with Jacuzzi and air-massage, shower & sauna cabin, big sink for 2 with mirror and washing machine. Also there is a big common wardrobe, full of clean small & big towels, extra pillows, bed linen and pillow cases. Next to this common wardrobe, there are all the facilities for ironing (ironing board and steam-iron), electric brush etc. There is balcony to every bedroom and all around the house. On the top floor of Villa Paradise, there is a huge living room joined with a big luxury kitchen. As you come in, after the steps, there is an office desk with a computer and Internet ADSL access free of charge 24/7. Opposite the office there is the second toilet with it’s own shower cabin, sink & mirror. To the right side of the living room, there is a corner sofa (bed for 2), table and SateliteTV .

Notes: Outside area:There is a lovely pool (5 m wide & 8 m long) with Jacuzzi corner. It starts with 0,6 m depth and ends to 2m.The half pool is friendly for children to stand and play. The sunshine to the pool area is there all day long, from the morning until the evening! There is a special enclosure around the pool area that makes it invisible from outside. Also it’s not overlooked. There are banana trees around the pool and a wide area with special grass, table for 6, BBQ, umbrellas etc. To the other side of the pool, where the entrance is, there is parking place even though the area is so safe that it’s not necessary to park your car every day inside, it’s quite safe outside, by the wall.

FANTASTIC

As all the other reviews say, this was a FANTASTIC place to stay,a car is a must have.The views from the villa are amazing,the villa is very spacious and very well presented and is just 5 min in a car to get to nidri and about 30 min walk if you fancy stretching your legs,The villa is ideal if you want to explore the island,me and my family { 7 of us } really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the villa.Will we be back ? OF COURSE. Thanks Mahos

I agree with everyone

The reviews of Villa Paradise are unanimous in their praise for the villa, the view, the facilities and the owner. I am not going to disagree with any of them. The Allen party of seven, including three daughters and two boy friends, had the most fantastic time. Everything you read here is true. A few points: do stroll up the hill to Dimitri's taverna, it's terrific; two more minutes and you're at Bill's bar - what's that doing there? car hire is a must. walking back after a night out takes the edge off the alcohol and taxis are not easy to find after midnight. We stayed in September, which was ideal. I imagine Nidri can be a bit crowded in high season. We would recommend the beaches at Pondi and Mikros Yiallis. It's a mission getting to Porto Katsiki on the other side of the island but worth doing once. It's a real holiday brochure beach. We spent a lovely day out on board the MV Christina, which is made of wood and has some character about it. Never had a dud meal; met some really lovely people. Read this and go. You won't regret it.

FABULOUS!!!!!!!

We arrived in villla paradise 8 august, and we've spent a wonderful week;
We had 8 people and yet we were very comfortable.
It's wonderful to eat with that view before your eyes and the best thing was to relax or play in the pool after a morning on the sea!!!
You have to use the car for visit Lefkada, but it's not a problem because villa paradise is near from all most interesting place!!!
Mahos, the owner, is so kind and always available!!!
This is one of the best holidays that we ever had!!!

Villa Paradise - loved it!

This is a lovely villa and we would highly recommend it. The view from the terraces is even better than in the photographs. The living room/ kitchen is so spacious and the bathrooms are top quality. Our 3 daughters aged 23,21 and 17 came with us and they loved staying here as well. We hired a small motorboat for a day at 50 euros and this was one of the best trips of the holiday- swimming off the boat in the beautiful clear water was magic. Getting the sea taxi from Ai Nikitas to Mylos beach was worth it - amazing clear blue water to swim in at this beach.
We would definitely like to come back to Lefkada and stay at Villa Paradise. Ps you could just about manage without a car but it is much better to have one. The driving on this island was fine.
