The location of the villa is excellent to explore Lefkas Island. Villa Paradise is located in the middle-east of Lefkas Island, and so it’s easy to explore the north or the south part of it without driving for long. Nidri is the most cosmopolitan and busiest resort on Lefkas island and you can get anything you need during your holiday: Banks, Travel agents, post, exchange, water -sports, excursions, boat-hire, car-hire, supermarkets, restaurants, English papers, bars, nightlife etc, mini golf for the kids, playground, ice-creams…etc. When you want to go away from all these it takes only one minute to drive up to the villa between the olives to relax. 150 m from the villa, (one minute walk), there is Dimitris tavern, one of the most popular local taverns, with a big veranda with the same sea-view as the villa has, very relaxing place , lots of local wine and big portions of lovely grilled Greek specialities, much cheaper compare to the town though town is reasonable also.

    Taxi transfers from and to Preveza airport can be prearranged (at a cost of Euros 35 per taxi, one way) - please request when booking.
    Rental cars can normally be picked up at the airport by arrangement direct with the rental company when booking. We bring you in contact and you can book your car direct.
    Refundable damage deposit: £150.
  • The following surcharges are included in the rent: air-conditioning, bedding, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning. All services are included to the price, no extra fee.

Opposite the dining room, there is a big luxury kitchen with all the modern facilities, oven, dish washer, microwave, huge fridge & kitchen fitments full of kitchen equipments. On the front side of the living room, there is a big veranda (12 m long and 3 m wide), where you will probably spend some time during the day to relax on the sun beds, enjoying the unique stunning sea-view! This is the spot of Villa Paradise!!! There is balcony also all around the second floor.

  • There are 2 floors with inside step. On the first floor, there are 3 big bedrooms, all with air-condition, orthopaedic beds and big wardrobes. There is also the main bathroom, which is big with Jacuzzi and air-massage, shower & sauna cabin, big sink & mirror and washing machine. Also there is a big common wardrobe, full of fresh small and big towels, extra pillows, bed linen and pillow cases whenever you wish to change them. Next to this common wardrobe, there are all the facilities for ironing (ironing board and steam-iron), electric brush etc. There is balcony to every bedroom and all around the house. On the top floor of Villa Paradise, there is a huge living room joined with a big luxury kitchen. As you come in, after the steps, there is an office desk with a computer and Internet access. Opposite the office there is the second toilet with it’s own shower cabin, sink & mirror. To the right side of the living room, there is a corner sofa, table and SateliteTV .

Outside area:There is a lovely pool (5 m wide & 8 m long) with Jacuzzi corner. It starts with 0,6 m depth and ends to 2m.The half pool is friendly for children to stand and play. The sunshine to the pool area is there all day long, from the morning until the evening! There is a special enclosure around the pool area that makes it invisible from outside. Also it’s not overlooked. There are banana trees around the pool and a wide area with special grass, table for 6, BBQ, umbrellas etc. To the other side of the pool, where the entrance is, there is parking place even though the area is so safe that it’s not necessary to park your car every day inside, it’s quite safe outside, by the wall.
