Traditional sugar cube villa on the famous Greek island Mykonos. Close to the sea overlooking beautiful Delos, Syros, Tinos and a magnificent unobstructed sunset. Built in 2001, the villa is 180 sq metres and has 5 double bedrooms. (ATTENTION: the beds in one of the rooms is one above the other), 3 bathrooms, 2 dinning tables for 8 and 6 persons respectively, 2 living rooms, one belvedere room and one kitchen. Its large marble-paved courtyard, circled by handmade stonewalls, features a 6x12m swimming pool with a barbecue and one independent guest suite. Parking area inside the premises.

By airplane it is 20 minutes from Athens International airport, Eleftherios Venizelos.

  • 1) Minimum period: 2 week.
    2) Rates above are per week.
    3) Depending on demand may consider discount for at least two weeks hire.
    4) Rates are less if villa is rented only by one couple only.
    5) Minimum rental period in July is 2 weeks.
    6) Minimum rental period in August is 4 weeks.
    7) After tenants choose their rooms to use, empty rooms are locked, in order to maintain the number of tenants agreed.
    8) Photocopy of the passports of all tenants to be sent via fax prior to their stay in the villa.
    9) High deposit required.
    10) Cleaning service is extra, around EURO 25 per day (charge depends on the period).
    11) All tenants should have the cleaning service for at least once per week.
  • Communication:
    (i) Only incoming and local calls allowed.
    (ii) International calls could be allowed, but a cash guarantee should first be deposited.
    (iii) WiFi connection available at 1Mbit ADSL

Notes: The villa has three levels. On the third level is the double bedroom with its private bathroom. On the second level (parking level and main entrance) are the kitchen, the dinning room and the belvedere room (great view). On the first level are the bbq, swimming pool, the garden and the other rooms. Note that the one double bedroom with its private bathroom has an independent entrance from the garden.

Trasportation: Frequent flights from the international airport of Mykonos to the international airport of Athens, capital of Greece. Frequent departures to all the Aegean islands and the two main ports of Athens, Pireaus and Rafina

Beaches: There are two beaches, which are very small and sandy. We never go to these ones, because the sea is not very calm and the access is difficult. We prefer other beaches for which you need from 5 to 20 minutes driving. All beaches have gold sand and are supposed to be the most beautiful in the Aegean Sea. Most of the beaches are organized, free parking, bars, taverns for fish and meat, restaurants, lifeguards, massage services. Water sports are available only in two beaches. Scuba diving only in one beach and there is also one Waterpark.

Ski: Water Ski available at Agrari Beack, Elia Beach and Kalafati Beach
