Beautiful Greek Island house featuring uninterrupted magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Naoussa and surrounding countryside including the town of Naoussa. This spacious villa complex consists of a main house which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 self contained one bedroom units available for an additional fee. Easy access to quiet, sandy beaches as well as the town of Naoussa, both only a few minutes away by car or bus. You can also take a short walk through the countryside to the beach. The house is fully equipped including TV, stereo, washing machines, dishwasher and traditional BBQ. In addition to sea breezes we have A/C in the main lounge area and ceiling fans in each bedroom allow you to have a peaceful night's sleep. Complementary free cleaning service provided. The family villa is in the famous Milos Avraam Village, only 150m to the 'Rangousis Traditional Bakery' for the freshest bread daily.

  • The above price is for the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 guests.

    There are 2 more studios with en-suites and kitchenettes on the lower floor, both with sea views, only available to the renters of the house at €300 / week each room.
    There can be an additional 2 guests after the 10, who can be accommodated on foldaway beds for €50 euros / week each person. Maximum occupancy 12. No pets allowed. Discounts available for rentals over 4 weeks. A €200 security deposit is payable upon arrival and refundable at departure.
    Paros is easily accessible by plane from Athens International Airport or by ferry via Piraeus or Rafina.
  • Rental cars and motorbikes can be arranged in advance.
    A very good local restaurant can provide prepared evening meals for guests on request.
    A good bakery is 150m away for fresh bread daily.
    A supermarket is a 1 minute drive down the road.

Eight of us (thirty-somethings) stayed here for one week this September. The property consists of a house directly over two self contained apartments - five bedrooms in total. We rented the whole property out. It's in a beautiful spot, about 15 minutes walk to a nice quiet beach and a short drive into Naoussa which is a beautiful little town with lots of lovely restaurants. The best feature of the house is the amazing view from the kitchen which leads out onto a very large veranda. The photos on the website don't do this justice. The property had everything we needed - including a dishwasher, washing machine and fans in the bedrooms (so we didn't need the air con). You would definitely need to rent cars to stay here as it's a bit too far out from the nearest town/supermarket although we did get cabs cheaply and easily when we went for a night out. It's a great spot for a big group but if you want to be in the centre of the party zone then it won't be for you. The bakery a few minutes walk up the road is really good. Definitely recommend staying here.
