Beautiful villa with sea views and private pool
This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. The garden is maturing with a lawned area to the front. We planted some orange and lemon trees at the rear of the villa, you maybe able to pick some fruit this year. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

The villa is situated 5km from the town of Porto Heli and is in one of the most beautiful areas on the Greek mainland. It can be reached in approximately 2 1/2hours by car from Athens or 2 hours by ferry from the port of Pireaus. Porto Heli is situated in a beautiful natural harbour and has a popular marina. It is a much loved holiday resort frequented by both Greek and foreign tourists and can be used as a base to visit the nearby islands and the historic sites.

Porto Heli
Porto Heli s the nearest village and has most of the amenities needed on a holiday.It has a variety of eating establishments, cafes, bars, nightclubs and the usual shops and even an open air cinema. Have a night-time stroll along the marine and check-out the boats and yachts moored in the beautiful natural harbour. Boats can be hired to enable you to explore the numerous secluded bays along the coast. The interesting coastline is ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving and there a local water sports school. In August Porto Heli has its annual festival.
Places to visit
From Porto Heli you could visit, via ferry or water taxi, the Islands of Spetses, Hydra or Poros. Historical sites including Epidavros, which has the shrine to the Greek God of healing, Ascleplos and an amphitheatre, which still holds performances during the summer is only 50km away. Nafplion, the first capital of Greece, is 90km away is full of wonderful Venetian and Turkish architecture and has a number of interesting cafes and shops to explore. Close by are the villages of Kilada and Ermioni (market on Thursday) . They have a number of sea front tavernas, many specialising in the locally caught sea food.

We have safely returned from two wonderfull weeks in your house in Greece. We enjoyed our holiday very much! Mary, Hazel and others were also wonderful, they helped out where ever necessary. We really liked the environment and did a lot of snorkling in the sea. Spetzes is also very nice. We are considering to come back next year, Best Regards, Marten.

We had a great time. Hazel and George were wonderful. The weather was great and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The food items that were there were nice to have until we had a chance to get some for ourselves. Overall, we had a very relaxing holiday and it had a wonderful view. We move back to the states in August or we would return. I can recommend your villa to my friends. Thanks so much.
