Villa Elya is 4 year old villa, in it’s own olive grove just minutes from the beach resort of Finikounda. With a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the islands of Sapienza and Schiza, Villa Elya is the perfect ‘away from it all’ holiday destination. The property has 3 double bedrooms, open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, & a utility room with washing machine. All the accomodation is on one floor. The balcony looks out across the private 8 metre by 4 metre pool nestled in the olive trees. Finikounda, with a wealth of tavernas and 2 sandy ‘blue-flag’ beaches, is just 6 km’s away. Methoni and Koroni, with their architectural ruins are 15 minutes away, and the strategic town of Pylos & the lagoon and wetlands of Voidokoilia - one of the most spectacular in Europe - just 30 mins away. Elya really is a dream tourist location with Ancient Olympia just a 2 hours drive!
