Do you need a relaxing, sunny holiday? With fun at the beach, swimming in a clear sea, evening strolls in the romantic Venetian town of Nafplion, or visits to the well known archaeological sites nearby? Come and spend your holidays in our newly built Villa Petra, in the beautiful green, fertile area of the Peloponese. Our modern villa is stylishly decorated, built on two levels, with a lawn and a stone tiled terrace at the private swimming pool (35 m2), with sun beds and a pergola. There is a barbecue available for the guests and the garden is a safe play area for young children. The living room and dining area have French windows to the large balcony with great views to the green valley of Asini and the sea. There is a seperate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 en-suite) have spacious fitted wardrobes and balconies with great views. All windows have mosquito screens. Linen and towels are provided. A/C and C/H throughout the house. Off road parking available.

Notes to the rental rates

• We request a down payment of 25% when a booking is made. To make the booking fixed, the payment of the whole amount has to be made at least 8 weeks before arrival. If a booking is made within this period, the whole amount has to be paid at once.
  
• A security deposit of 250 Euros is requested against any damage done to the holiday villa during your occupancy. This amount can be paid upon your booking balance, or cash at arrival. The security deposit will be returned before departure after the holiday villa has been checked.

Beaches in the area

The sandy beach of Tolo (at 1,5 km) has sun beds and umbrellas for rent and there are a wide range of watersports available. You can also hire a small motorboat to visit secluded beaches and bays nearby. Or drive a bit further to other beaches in the area, with shingle, that are more quiet and relaxed.

Nightlife

Enjoy the busy nightlife in one of the many bars and nightclubs of Nafplion, immediately opposite of the harbor with it's sailing boats, yachts and cruise ships. There are modern open air discotheques or visit a typical Greek nightclub, the 'Bouzouki'. Be aware that the programme starts at midnight.

Excursions

The famous archaeological sights of Epidavros, Myceanes and Olympia are nearby and worth a visit. Or take one of the daily relaxing cruises to the Saronic Islands of Hydra, Spetses and Poros. The area is also famous for its splendid wines. Make a wine tour through the area of Nemea and visit the many wineries.
