    The above prices concern the whole villa for up to 6 persons.
    Extra persons (maximum 2):
    June & September: € 40 per person/per night
    July & August: € 50 per person/per night
    January to May & October to December: € 30 per person/per night
    Conditions:
    Early bookings:
    30% of the total amount deposit.
    Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit is made.
    Balance payable 30 days before arrival (payment in Euros please).
    Concerning weekly bookings changeover day is Friday. Midweek bookings are available from Sunday to Friday. Minimum stay three (3) nights.
    General terms:
    Check in time from 2:00 pm.
    Check out time until 11:00 am.
    Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the villa.
    Sorry, no pets.
  • Security deposit:
    Weekly bookings: € 800
    Shorter lettings: € 300
    Weekend bookings: € 300
    The security deposit is fully refundable less any damages might be done to the property.
    The security deposit is required to be paid either by bank transfer prior to arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.
    30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.
    Later cancellations non refundable.
