Details of the Villa: sleeping facilities for 4 people and a child, total size of about 130 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms for 4 people (per 15 sqm), a small child sleeping room (approximately 10 m²) and a dining room (15 m²), a living room with fireplace, television and stereo system (35 m²), a kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher (15 m²), two bathrooms with shower (10 and 15 m²), a large patio, pool (4 x 8 meters, including 4 sun loungers). Details of the apartment: Sleeping facilities for 2 people. I consists of 1 bedroom (25m²) and a bathroom with shower & wc. The distances are: Main Street, bus station, supermarket & next large beach about 400 m, Skiathos town about 7 km.

The villa Pilion is located on the Kalamaki peninsula on the beautiful green island of Skiathos. From the terrace you see the sunset with view to mainland Pilion and Evia. The Kalamaki peninsula is known for its quiet location set in nature and with the unique view of the sea. The villa is max. 5-10 minutes from the Main Street with bus stop, a small supermarket and the nearest beach Vromolimnos. The city of Skiathos is 7 km away. For regular trips to the capital or to various beaches, as well as for larger supermarket purchases we recommend a rental car.
