Luxury villa with pool & private access to a small beach, 6 sleeps

The Villa Ismini consists of a house & a separate apartment/ guest house. It is located at the Paninsula Kalamaki. The house itself has 2 bedrooms for 4 persons, 1 dining room, 1 living room (including chimney, 1 television with a 16/9 LCD display, 1 digital satellite) a kitchen (ink. ceran plates, fridge/freezer, dish washer) & 2 bathrooms with bathtub (one with Jacuzzi). The enclosed apartment has a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a large pool (4x8 meter, incl. 4 sun lounger’s and parasols). There is a private way to a small, unknown beach from the villa. From the beautiful terrace you have a great view to the sea and the sunset. The main road with a bus stop & supermarket is 900m away, Skiathos town 7 km.

Please note: The apartment & the Villa can not be rented separately.

Location is Skiathos, a northern Sporade island. It is a small and beautiful, very natural island with green vegetation all year long. Skiathos town offers night and day tourist life. The peninsula Kanapitsa, were the villa is located, is a beautiful, natural and calm environment. The white, famous Skiathos beach is very close.

The Villa has a beautiful sea view and a private way to a small beach (200m) where rarely other people are!

The main road with a bus stop , supermarket and restaurants is 900m away, Skiathos town 7 km. To hire a car is recommended, but not necessary. Buses go regularly and taxis are very easy to get.

Great vacation

I had a very wonerdfull time in villa, everything was clean and well maintained .. .
the property is in a very good location, close to the fantastic beach...
I enjoyed my stay very much , the bbq, the pool .... faboulous view to the sea..

Elegant villa in superb location

A very comfortable villa in a beautiful location on a very peaceful peninsula. The villa has lovely views out to sea and the added bonus of a track leading down to an almost private beach. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are very friendly. The pool is lovely and great to come back to in the evening after a day on the beach. Outside barbecue area is excellent. Good idea to rent a car so that you can get to see all of the island easily. Plenty of nice beaches in the area and a short drive from Skiathos town which is lively and cosmpolitan.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Easter 2011 in Skiathos

We just came back from our Easter Holidays in Skiathos where we had a wonderful time in Villa Ismini. The house is located in the peninsula of Kalamaki, surrounded by trees in a quite area with nice view to the sea. It is made with an excellent taste and is fully equipped with all one would need during vacation. The exterior is spacy, with a nice swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't use due to the weather. There is a nice beach near the house, but a car is required to get there ( Vromolimnos beach). In any case we suggest a rental of a car to visit all the nice beaches of the island. That's what we did :)
Overall we highly recommend this villa for all who wants peaceful holidays in style. We will for sure visit again!!
