Eden Villa is in an unrivalled position on the island for views and location. Megalo Horio village is only a 2 minute walk down our private road but the quietness, feeling of solitude and complete seclusion here makes for a truly relaxing holiday. The villa offers plenty of space for a holiday with family or friends. The ground floor has one bedroom, a bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room leading out to a shady bamboo-covered veranda which is perfect for breakfast time or evening meals. The 2nd floor has two further bedrooms and the second bathroom and on the 3rd floor is the roof terrace with superb views of the mountains, Eristos Bay and Megalo Horio, a traditional Greek whitewashed village built into the side of the mountain. Here you will find an excellent restaurant and cafenion it also has a supermarket which sells everything you could need for your stay. Eden Villa is a property in the traditional Greek Island style on four levels and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and open log fire, separate fully equipped kitchen, shady veranda and ceiling fans throughout. The roof terrace also offers stunning views by day and a perfect stargazing place by night. The villa is within a large walled garden with a private 10x6m swimming-pool, outside shower, wooden sun loungers and cushions, deckchairs, sun umbrella, BBQ's and drinks tables. There is a maid service offered twice a week. We also provide beach towels during your stay to use around the swimming-pool or take to the beach which saves precious space and weight in your suitcase. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. This offers you unlimited access to the internet in the villa during your stay. Ideal for skype or live sporting events online. We also have a collection of board games and books for guests use. Tilos is one of the most southerly Greek Islands situated close to the Turkish coast near Rhodes and Kos in the Dodecanese. Smaller than its more famous neighbours it is still largely unknown and having avoided mass tourism it remains one of the few genuinely unspoiled Greek Islands. Tilos has two villages, Megalo Horio the capital and Livadia the port. Our village is a 2 minute walk from the villa with restaurants and a cafenion but is far enough away for total peace and quiet. There is also a museum which has bones from a dwarf elephant which were found in a nearby cave some years ago. Eden Villa has one of only four swimming-pools on the island is the only property for rent with a private swimming-pool. It is not overlooked and offers spectacular views of Skafi valley, the surrounding mountains and Eristos Bay to the south which boasts the best beach of many on the island. The mountain behind the villa hosts a ruined 15th century castle which can be reached on foot in about 45 mins.

  • .*The rate for November to March is based on a minimum stay of four weeks, this includes all utility costs with no maid service.* The rate is based on up to 6 persons sharing, for parties of 7 or 8 an extra £100 GBP per week will be charged.
  • When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total cost. A binding contract will come into force between us at the time we send out a confirmation e-mail. This deposit paid is your only commitment until 10 weeks before arrival date.
    The balance shown on your Confirmation Email must be paid at least 10 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance is not received by then, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and cancel your booking. The cancellation charges as outlined below will apply. Cancellation Fees Due:
    After booking confirmation with deposit paid - Deposit only.
    90 days - 50% of total booking cost.
    60 days - 100% of total booking cost.

  • Both showers are situated in the corner of the bathroom with a small raised step and have shower curtains inside to prevent a wet bathroom floor which is still common in Greece. Soap dispensers with coconut scented hair and body wash are provided in both bathrooms. Hand and bath towels are provided for each guest and changed twice a week or when required.

  • Double bedroom on the ground floor with french windows opening out to the garden area, two twin rooms on the second floor one with french windows leading to a panoramic sea view balcony, the other bedroom has garden and castle views. For parties of 7 or 8 there is a double sofa-bed in the living-room on the first floor. Ceiling fans and mosquito netting are in all rooms along with 'mossie plug ins' and spare liquid bottles. All bed linen provided; sheets and towels changed twice weekly or as requested. Cot with detachable mosquito net, changing mat and high chair provided. All bedrooms are fitted throughout with handmade pine furniture including bed-side drawers, wardrobe and dressing table.

We are also offering freshly cooked evening meals with just 24 hours notice delivered to your door along with a limited grocery delivery service. A menu and list of delivery goods with price list are in the villa.

Our responsibility to the environment.: We are aware of our responsibility to the environment, so here at Eden Villas we ask you conserve the water of the island wherever possible, we also have low energy light bulbs fitted throughout the property with solar lights in the garden and solar panels to heat the villa water tank. The swimming-pool lights and pump are on a timer for maximum efficiency not compromising the cleanliness of the pool which is checked daily by us to ensure the best possible quality swimming water.

"Garden of Eden"

Our three week stay at Eden Villa was spectacular. We have travelled extensively throughout Europe and I can truly say that this was the best vacation we have ever had. Tilos is a charming island, filled with interesting places to explore whether they be ancient ruins, beaches or hiking trails. Livadia has an endless selection of quaint restaurants and Megolo Horio, San Antonio and Eristos Beach also have some excellent choices. There is no shortage of fantastic places to dine.
The villa itself was extremely comfortable and its location breathtaking. If you like peace and quiet, gorgeous scenery, friendly people, crystal clear water, and amazing food, then this is the place for you! Thank you Rob and Annie for looking after our every need and making our stay so memorable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely villa in stunning location

We had a great holiday at Eden Villas. It's a beautiful property with a fantastic pool in a gorgeous setting. Nothing was too much bother for the lovely owners and the place was immaculate when we arrived and cleaned beautifully during our stay.
The perfect relaxing carefree hideaway and we hope to return one day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Delightful relaxing stay at Eden Vills.

A beautiful setting-so peaceful, and wonderful views all around. Our highlights of Tilos (in no particular order): View to Eristos Bay from the pool, drive to the monastery followed by plaka beach, walk down the track from the villa to skafi beach, seafood at the harbour at San Antonios, Stelios' boat trip & beach bbq, walk up to the castle and down to the old cafenion in Megalo Horio for an evening beer, sitting on the roof terrace at night watching the stars. Charlotte, John Harriet & Ellen.
