Outside:
There are spacious dining and BBQ areas and comfortable places to sun bathe or lounge under the shady verandas or by the pool. The pool is so inviting and for ease is accessed by walk in steps. It is 10m x 5m and slopes from 1 metre at the shallow end to 2.3 metres at the deep end. There are 4 sun loungers around the pool and another four under the verandas. At night the terraces and the pool are atmospherically lit to add to the enjoyment of your alfresco cocktails, dining and barbequing.
The mature garden contains palm, fig, bourganvilia, lavender, succulents and herbs. Olive trees provide shady corners.
Inside:
There is a large split level living area consisting of a sitting room with squidgy sofas chairs and soft rugs, music system, large DVD screen and a feature fireplace. A large dining area with seating for 10 is overlooked by the fully equipped gallery kitchen. The central feature of the living area is a wind tower which cools the house naturally throughout the summer.
Each bedroom is ensuite with a classic white bathroom with shower facilities and heated towel rails. The master bedroom has a bath and separate shower. They all have French windows opening onto the terraces and verandas and down to the pool. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace. Each bedroom has plenty of clothes storage and electric fans.
The kitchen with a cooker, gas electric, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, food processor toaster is fully equipped to the highest standard. China, Cutlery and Glasses for 15 people
The Utility room is equipped with a large refrigerator/chiller, washing machine.
The house has full central heating.
Outside, barbeque area, sofas dining facilities for 10 people, private pool.
