Inside: Inside Maistrali is newly decorated and refurbished to exacting standards with a new kitchen for 2011.There is a large split level living area consisting of a sitting room with squidgy sofas chairs and soft rugs, music system, large DVD screen and a feature fireplace. A large dining area with seating for 10 is overlooked by the fully equipped gallery kitchen. The central feature of the living area is the wind tower which cools the house naturally throughout the summer.
Each bedroom is en suite with a classic white bathroom with shower facilities and heated towel rails. The master bedroom has a bath and separate shower. They all have French windows opening onto the terraces and verandas and down to the pool. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace. Each bedroom has plenty of clothes storage and electric fans.
The house is designed to be cooled by the wind based on ancient houses in the Yeman. The wind tower channels cooling breezes throughout the house all summer long.
