A recently renovated 50m2 apartment- in an elegant house of architectural significance, built in 1940 - situated in the most prominent touristic place of Budapest on the Pest side, on the Vaci sreet, the famous pedestrian street, parallel to, and two blocks from, the Danube. Public transports (metro line, buses, tram) are very close, and most Budapest sites/places of interest (historic sites, museums, shops, restaurants, cafés) are within a short walking distance of the apartment. A safe parking garage is also within walking distance of the apartment. The air conditioned flat is on the third floor, (with elevator) and has a nice balcony looking on to Vaci street. The quiet and sunny flat, which is nicely and comfortable furnished and decorated, has a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower with lots of hot water, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, gas stove, micro, fridge.
