Charming garden level apartment in a renovated Period house in the exclusive Dublin 4 area. Enjoy the the best of both worlds! Opposite the beach yet only 10 minutes to city centre. Imagine a refreshing walk on the beach after a day in town , shopping or viewing Dublins tourist attractions . We are just a 5 minute stroll to Sandymount Village with its award winning restaurants, cafes, friendly pubs, supermarkets shops etc. This very popular apartment has many repeat guests, year after year because of its easy access to City centre either by bus, (the stop is just outside) or by DART . The AIR COACH stop is just a minute away. As we are on Dublin Bay we are within easy drive from either Ferry Port. There is unrestricted on street parking and our location allows easy access to the M50 or national routes. There is something for everyone to enjoy, a day at the Races. Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservations for this apartment are accepted upon receipt of 50% of the rent and the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
    We request a 100 euro Accidental Damage Deposit which is only cashed n the event that it is actually required. (this has never been used in 10 years we are happy to say)


    Rates quoted are per week.
    We are happy to offer a discounted rate for any rental of over two weeks duration.


    Please note excessive electricity /gas units will be metered and charges will be deducted from deposits from NOVEMBER TO APRIL and refunds will be made after departure.
  • Check in is usually after 3pm and we ask that the apartment be vacated by 11am unless by special agreement we will of course always do our best to facilitate you whenever we can so do please let us know should you a late departure or early arrival.

We have stayed in Seaview a total of 14 times which says it all.! We have found it a perfect holiday home and have travelled all over Ireland from here, and its so easy to get into the city center of Dublin,..normally we just leave the car and get the bus..the local shops and restaurants are good, Tesco is just down the road.
We love coming to Dublin and are always happy with Seaview.The apartments are always clean and fresh , (we have stayed in each and every one !!) Mr and Mrs. H. Liverpool.

It is a super place to stay for a family, paddling and splashing in the sea across the road was the highlight for our daughter, we loved the museums, art galleries and just the great athmosphere in the city.
We appreciated having the garden to chill out in and just generally found this a perfect home from home. CM.

We found it warm and cosy, during our January stay and so close to the city center........Dublin trafic is so congested we loved being able to just hop on a bus. WS

We enjoyed our stay here very much. A spacious and clean apartment in a fantastic location! 5 mins drive from the City Center and overlooking Sandymount Beach. The owner was very welcoming and obliging. We would certainly stay here again, especially as our well behaved dog was allowed to stay also!

My son and daughter and I have traveled extensively in Europe, and Seaview is among our favorite places to stay ever. It gets our highest marks re: location, convenience, overall amenities, hospitality of the owner, view, and proximity to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is roomy, attractively decorated, and immaculate. It is one of the best values for the money we've ever found, and there is no doubt that we will stay at Seaview any time our travels bring us back to Dublin. It was truly a home away from home! All details of our transaction were also expertly handled, and the owner was available for advice and support during the stay whenever we needed her. This will be a place we will return many times, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful setting in Dublin with all the comforts of home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

When i chose this property I did not know what to expect. Once I got there I felt right at home. It was like my home away from home, it was very inviting and cozy. I would highly recommend anyone to come and enjoy a great experience in Dublin.

The Apartment was clean and tidy but a little dated.Everything you needed was there and very spacious for a onebedroomed property. We enjoyed the views and walks around Sandymount (which is a superb village with lots of places to eat and drink).The weather dictated what we could do during our stay as it had been the wettest summer in Ireland for long time. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing stay with the choice of the busy city of Dublin only 10 mins away.
