A beautiful self-catering apartment, situated in the heart of Wexford Town, in the Sunny South East of Ireland. This ground floor apartment is very tastefully decorated to a very high standard, and has been awarded four stars by Ireland's tourist board. It has all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD/Video, CD/Radio, microwave, fridge, freezer, wireless broadband, open fire and storage heating. Wooden flooring throughout. There is a patio door leading to a private garden area, where you can dine al-fresco on the deck! The master bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds or a double, if required . A cot, high chair & a folding bed are available. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. A car parking space is provided, free.

Wexford is located just 45 minutes from Waterford Airport and 20 minutes from Rosslare Ferryport. There is a magnificent 18-hole Championship Golf Links in Rosslare and a number of other Championship Courses close by. All kinds of water activities are in close proximity. This is a location to suit all needs.

It is situated in a small, safe and secure residential 'cul de sac' development located just three minutes walk from the town centre and close to all amenities . As this is a ground floor apartment, it is suitable for all age groups. A cot & high chair can be provided on request. The car space is situated conveniently at the front door. While storage heating is provided Guests can also enjoy the warm glow of an open fire. The patio garden enjoys many hours of sunshine for most of the year and accommodates a fresh herb garden for Guests` use. Guests would preferably refrain from smoking in the premises. Wireless broadband is available.

Two friends and I rented this property in Feb. 08. The location was perfect - much to see and do, few minutes walk to town centre. Owner was extremely helpful. Perfect for 2-4 people, two bathrooms, very clean, everything on one floor and well cared for by the owner. The entire experience was lovely.

We stayed at this apartment the end of August '08. We were delighted with all aspects vis a vis comfort, ambiance, location,quietness - yet 3mins. walk to the town center.The fact that the owner picked us up at the bus terminus, was a great help, at the end of a long journey from London. If we are able to travel next year we will be back. Pity, we didn't find this "gem" some years earlier as we would have been booked in, year after year.

Wir waren mit zwei Pärchen eine Woche in Wexford in Paddys Wohnung. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. 2 Badezimmer, Wachmaschine,Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Kamin Fernseh u.s.w. Geschmackvoll Eingerichtet schöner kleiner Garten. Ruhig gelegen aber nur 5 Minuten bis zur Stadt ! Sehr schön. Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier.
