Further accommodation includes 2 lounges with open fireplaces and a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, open plan to the dining area. All rooms are beautifully and stylishly decorated and are cheerfully bright, with lots of natural light and high quality furnishings. Naturally, bed linen and hotel quality towels are provided for your use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm, and the open fire can be used to create an even more comfortable atmosphere. There is satellite television in the lounge. Please note that for the benefit of all guests, this is a non-smoking house.   • We take a security deposit of €200 on entering the property, on this I returned less utilities, of which are electricity and gas or oil. Electricity is charged at 27 cent per Kilowat and oil is charged at 75 cents per litre. The deposit is refunded providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.
