We take a security deposit of €200 on entering the property, this i returned less utilities, of which are Electricty & Gas or Oil, Electricty is charged at 27 cent per Kilowat, and Oil is charged at 75 cents per liter. The deposit is refunded providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.
