The shoreline luxury home has beautiful views of the sea and is a haven for privacy and tranquillity. The living room is a place to relax in comfort, watch the waves break and enjoy the open fire with surround sound TV/DVD. Overhead is a large study with solid fuel stove which leads on to a terrace. The kitchen has all modern conveniences and long table which can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor are the main bathroom, 3 bedrooms, including 1 twin bedroom, 1 double room and bedroom with bunk beds, TV and ensuite shower room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with fantastic sea views. A walk through dressing room leads to a large ensuite with double sized bath. The house has central oil fired heating throughout with the extra comfort of a under floor heating system on the ground floor. Outside there is a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer and freezer. The outside stone terrace provides the perfect location to sit and watch the world go by.

Cliffden is located by the Atlantic Ocean within 15 minutes walk of the village of Liscannor which has 2 hotels and the award winning Anchor Inn bar/restaurant. Within 10 minutes drive is the seaside village of Lahinch withs it's long sandy beach. It is home to one of Europes top links golf courses and is famous for surfing. The renowned Cliffs of Moher are less than 10 minutes by car. A couple of minutes walk from the house is a well know bathing spot. Within easy reach are the villages of Doolin, Lisdoonvarna, Ballyvaughan, Kinvara and the famous Burren home to many rare flowers and fauna.
