Set in one of the oldest areas of Kinsale, overlooking the town towards the harbour this house has been renovated to the highest standard. Both bedrooms and the Travertine tiled shower/wet room are on the ground floor. Above is the living area and kitchen making the most of the spectacular Kinsale town and harbour views. The decor has a New England feel throughout. Just 2 minutes from the epicentre of town it is an extremely convenient though quiet location. The area is steeped in history. The back has a very private balcony which get the sun during the day. The house is light and airy and has a very relaxing and calm feel. The interior includes underfloor heating in bathroom, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.
