The Foresters House is an idyllic, newly built ,wooden, 3 bedroom holiday cottage in a tranquil and private woodland setting with views to the water, and beautifully furnished to the highest standard provides a very private and cosy environment. Open fires, central heating and modern kitchen facilities makes for the perfect choice for families or couples on their self catering holidays in County Cork Ireland. This unique holiday cottage is set in its own 10 acre woodland and is timber framed and clad and is 177sq m (1900sq ft). It is surrounded by a wide deck and overlooks the Ilen estuary with Baltimore in the distance. The cottage has one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two further twin bedded rooms plus a further bathroom. The main living area is 70sq m (760sq ft) with an extensive kitchen, dining and sitting area. The holiday cottage has underfloor heating using an aerothermal system which uses the outside air to drive the heating system.

Golf: The 18 hole Skibbereen Golf Course is located 3miles (5 kms) from Inish Beg. There are 6 other golf courses within one hour's drive of Inish Beg, including the famous Old Head of Kinsale.

Horses and Carriages: There are horses on the estate. On weekdays you can take a carriage and groom around the estate and Inish Beg island. For children there are Shetland ponies and small carriages.

Water Sports at Inish Beg: Inish Beg is home to Irish Water Sports; Power Boating, Sailing and Wind Surfing. Courses, Rental and Sales All you need at any level to get on the water. Discounts of 10% on Irish Water Sports rates for guests staying at Inish Beg (please, contact owner for any useful website links or further information). Baltimore is famous for its harbour and wonderful trips can be made to Sherkin and Cape Clear Islands by regular ferry. Other trips can be arranged to many of the Carbery Hundred Isles. With fresh water river fishing on the river Ilen and sea angling out of Baltimore, the area is ideal for the fisherman. Angling boats can be hired locally.
