Robin Hill is a charming and comfortable home set amidst beautiful gardens and within 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of Clifden with its many great pubs restaurants and shops. It has a large south facing patio equipped with BBQ and furnishing for leisurely lunches or dinners. It also has a sun porch for the not so sunny days. There is a large country kitchen with range-most suitable for long leisurely discussions over dinner! The decor is warm and welcoming, plenty of books to read and board games to play if you feel so inclined. Altogether this is a home away from home which will make your holiday a warm and relaxing one.

Located just 3 minutes walking time from the centre of the picturesque town of Clifden in the heart of Connemara. Robin Hill is set in its own grounds & surrounded by beautiful gardens. You can see the mountains from the windows. The town of Clifden is renowned for its great restaurants & vibrant pubs. Connemara championship golf links is just 20 mins drive away, a spectacular course which looks out over the Atlantic & where visitors are made very welcome. We have the Connemara national park in Letterfrack-just 15 mins down the road. Clifden is an ideal centre for walking & there are many guided walks & maps for the more experienced walkers. Day trips to Bofin Island run from nearby Cleggan twice daily. Deep sea fishing & lake and river fishing are also popular in the area. For the more 'misty' days there is an indoor leisure centre with swimming pool & many spectacular golden beaches to explore & swim when the sun shines. Clifden is a truly wonderful holiday destination.

We arrived at Robin Hill late in the evening, excited but weary .
The house was cosy and we were warmly welcomed.
It felt like we had arrived at the house of a friend who knew us.
It was perfect and everything we could have wanted was there.
Wine chilled in the fridge,( bread and milk too)
Catherine was so thoughtful and we all had a fabulous time (2 teenagers, included)
The house was spotless and comfortable and I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone.
It is in such a great location, tucked away, yet on the edge of town.
There is enough space for everyone to relax and the
kitchen was great for a family get-together.
We ALL had a wonderful time here.
