A lovely 4 bed holiday home located in a private resort in one of Ireland's most popular tourist areas. The house is well appointed with all modern conveniences and is 3 minutes walk from a leisure centre which houses a gym, swimming pool and aqua slides. Just 1 km from the sea and Courtown village, there is easy access to a wide variety of activities including golf, tennis and horse riding. Walks in Courtown Courtown offers many exciting and varied routes to discover including “The River Walk” which is accessed from both the Picnic area and the Car Park in Courtown Village. The top walk, accessed from the picnic area, overlooks the river walks in places. A short hiking path to 'Spike Bridge', allows for crossing to the Coillte wood on the north side of the River. Our stay in April 2009

We spend a week in this property in April 2009. We were 2 couples with 2 teenagers. It is a spacious property with 4 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms upstairs (with 4 beds) were for our teenagers and the adults were in the ground floor

Just a little problem with the property clean at the begining otherwise all was fine in this house. We can ate in the garden when the weather was sunny.

We did the shopping in Gorey and went to Dublin twice during this week (1 h 15 for the journey). The landlord gave us some informations by mail about the area, the leasure center...

To conclude it was a pleasant stay for us. We recommend this property for family with children or teeanagers

Arrived Saturday and property looked good from the outside. Plenty of room, good storage for luggage.
Easily sleeps 8.

Courtown was very pleasant, beach walking distance and Leisure Centre close by as advertised.
Plenty to do. Ireland and the area of the holiday were very good.
