Lovely holiday cottage on golf course beside beach
The property is an end of terrace house with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach of St. Helen's. The property is situated beside St. Helen's Golf Resort which is both parkland and links course with amazing panoramic views of the coast & rugged landscape overlooking Tuscar Lighthouse.. There is also a 9 hole course on site & Driving Range. There are 2 Tennis Courts and there is a children's playground within a short walking distance. You will find an excellent variety of wonderful restaurants, & St. Helen's Club House is on site which provides food all day and during the summer months there is entertainment in the bar. There is a Horse Riding Centre locally & Kilmore Quay is a famous fishing village & boats for sea angling can be hired from there. It also boasts some great restaurants.

The property is situated about 2 miles from Roslare Ferry Port which is serviced by both Irish Ferries and Stena Line. It is a small yet busy port town providing passenger ferry services to Wales and Northern France. Roslare Harbour has some excellent hotels and an excellent supermarket. Wexford town is approx. 10 miles, a friendly and lively town with winding streets, a pretty quayside and great shopping, Wexford's origins date back to the 2nd. century. Hook Peninsula boasts of many secluded beaches and is one of the finest sea angling spots in Ireland and Hook Head is an excellent sea watching and passerine migration watch point, and a very popular diving site.

| Notes: | A lovely conservatory leads out to the garden area and as it is an end house it is very safe for children. There is a sea view from the garden. If required, the couch could also be used as an extra bed. |
Attractions
The towns and villages of Wexford are bustling and full of character and many of the local pubs have full catering facilities. There are many visitor attractions Dubrody Heritage Ship New Ross/Hook Lighthouse Visitor Centre/Irish National Heritage Park, Ferrycarrig/John F. Kennedy Homestead, New Ross. Oakwood Theme Park in Wales is a well worthwhile day trip, you can take a fast ferry Stena Line from Roslare Harbour early morning and return late evening. The Lobster Pot Restaurant in Carne a few miles from St. Helen's is a real treat, as is the Bistro at Kelly's Hotel at Roslare Strand. There is a regular train service to Dublin from Roslare.
