LOCAL FOOD: It's an experience and an absolute 'must' to try the local dishes, 'cappellacci' (delicious egg pasta 'tortelloni' filled with pumpkin and parmesan cheese), 'pasticcio' (macaroni with a meat sauce and bechamel in a short crust pastry) and the famous 'Salama da Sugo', all of which go together with the unusual shaped 'coppia', the famed Ferrara bread.
