Our Apennini villa with 2 SELF CONTAINED lodges with outstanding views of the Apennine Mountains in a Medieval village just outside Villa MInozzo. Each lodge is central heated, with south facing balconies. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Bedogno on the large sun terrace. in the shade of the fruit and walnut trees. Chill out with a glass or two of the local wine. Help yourself in our organic fruit -veg garden. We are within a 15 minutes walk of a post office, banks, restaurants, bars, two supermarkets. Open air swimming pools and sports centre. 2 min drive to village. 20 min to Toano. Open June to September. For the motorbike and car enthusiast there are Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ducati museums. Sport enthusiast golf, horse riding, Mountain climbing, Cycling, swimming, walking. Hiking. Skiing and ski boarding in the Apennine mountains. Febbio a 20 minute drive, also Cerreto Laghi 50 min away. Abetone. Ospitaletto. 1 hour away. A beautiful place to escape to.

Bedogno a medieval village close to Villa Minozzo. In the Tuscan Emilia 'II Gigante' National Park We are a short drive to the cities of Parma, Bologna Modena, Milan and the coast of Forte dei Marmi. Florence, Verona Pisa. Lake Garda a beautiful drive 2 hours. Venice 2+ hours. Take a walk along side The Secchiello and the Secchia rivers. Swim in the ice cold waters in summer. Swim in the Thermal Springs in Fonti di Poiano. Look out for the wild Deer walking through the vineyard. With views towards the mountains of Febbio. From our Large Sun Balcony. Lovely restaurants where you can get a 5 course meal with wine for under 15 euro each. A luxury new water mill 5 star restaurant and health spa 5 minutes walk.

Quite ski resort with chair lifts a days skiing for just 10 euro a day plus the cost of ski hire, Main ski resort with many ski runs at Abetone 1 hour away. Febbio 20 Min drive, Open Air Swimming Pool is open from June until September.15 Minutes walk. Toano swimming pool 20 minutes drive There is a Large water park in Reggio Emilia.3/4 hr

Main ski resort of Febbio for skiing and ski boarding 20 minutes away. This ski resort is mainly used by Italians not yet discovered by the tour companies. Uncongested ski slopes. Beautiful scenery. Be one of the lucky few to discover this area. Cerreto Laghi is open 1st December to 30th April with all ski standards catered for. Abetone the main ski resorts 1 hour away. Other smaller ski resorts are Ospitaletto. Pratizzono. and Ventasso Laghi.
