Lovely apartment with SUPERLATIVE sea view
Enjoy this sunny and bright two bedrooms apartment called Aquamarine located just few minutes' walk to sandy beaches. Entirely renovated and furnished with care overlooks the sea through large windows. It is on second floor accessed via lift. It is of very high standard, architect designed and furnished with modern comforts. The lounge-dining room is an open-plan living area with wall pink lamps that give a nice ambiance. Decorated windows by large ivory and pink curtains are just in front of the sea .A comfortable damask sofa convertible in large bed (queen sized bed 63' with proper mattress) for your relax. On a rosy ivory ceramic floor there are a rectangular wooden draw-leaf table + 6 straw-bottomed chairs with comfortable cushions ideal for candle dinner. The new kitchen corner area is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, electrical oven, fridge and freezer. It is ivory wooden with decorated knobs and halogen lamps.

It is located in a pleasant and peaceful location in the heart of San Remo. A car is not necessary as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, open air market are all at walking distance (less than 5 minutes' walk). A lovely 10 minutes stroll takes you to the palms promenade and casino. Tennis courts, sea water heated indoor pool, horse riding are easily reachable in the surroundings. Every 5 minutes you can catch a bus that will bring you to the major towns (Ventimiglia, Taggia, Imperia, etc.) Pls find below comments about our recent Client Mrs. Anne Parker concerning location: We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very attractive and comfortable. It was very well situated with a good supermarket, local shops, pasticerria, and cafes and local restaurants within a few metres. For those without cars it was an excellent location with buses to Ospedaletti, Bordighera, Ventigmilia one way and Imperia the other just up the road.

| Notes: | The master bedroom is a quiet room with a queen size bed inspired to the blue of the sea, a trompe d'oeil picture on the wall and blue and ivory large curtains with two beautiful bows. The lamp on the ceiling seems a shell recalling the colours of the sky. Wall wardrobes on both sides of the bed inspiriting to scenes of sailing. The second bedroom has a brass French bed with wooden wardrobe and sea pictures. A panel curtain on the window gives a relaxing shade to the bedroom. The bathroom is new tiled with colour saumon tiles and a large wall mirror with over two lamps looking like daisies. It is a safe apartment for small children as there are no floor-length windows. Space, convenience and value for money. The average hotel room is less than 20 sq m. (215 sq ft.). We give you twice that - 53 square meters (570 sq ft.). No waiting for expensive room service; you want a cup of coffee - you make one. |

There is lots to do in San Remo: shopping, sunbathing, visiting the markets, etc. There are lots of great boulangeries and street cafés for the morning croissant or there is a huge selection of restaurants serving wonderful food to suit any budget. Weather in San Remo : From April until the end of October average daily temperatures stay about 20° C peaking at around 27° C in July and August.

The appartement is very quiet but close to the beach, shops, post office and bus stop (1 mintue walking distance). Easy ten minutes walk along the beach to the beautiful centre of San Remo. The appartement offers a nice view over the sea.
Clara was ready to teach italian conversation to our daughter - great opportunity to improve the language.
