It is ideal for relaxed and refined holidays. The position is very special between the green wooded hills and the sea, the flat overlooks a small beach, that can be reached by a short path. It's next to the beautiful Paraggi bay, with its sand beach, amazing green transparent water, tiny village and exclusive villas. It is included in the natural park of Portofino that features beautiful walks in different environments due to the special biodiversity of flora and fauna, with stunning views on the sea and steep cliffs.

Notes: Near portofino a spacious and comfortable flat, in a late XIX century villa, Niasca, divided in two flats.It is composed of a large living room with a balcony right on the sea, it includes the dining area and the kitchen. One double bedroom with bathroom, one twin bedroom with bathroom; one four-bed room with bathroom. A car space for one car is provided and even a small place to store one boat. Underneath the flat there is a boathouse where during the summer is possible to rent kajaks, windsurfs and small sailing boats. The beach is the outdoor of this flat.
