Not what we expected

We applied to rent this apartment, but it was busy one of the nights so the owner offered to rent us another similar apartment for the same price, he sent photos and it looked great - old, but brightened up. When we said we would take it, all of a sudden we had to rent linen and towels, when we got there the linen was old and nothing matched, we were given a single bed sheet and blanket for a double bed, and it was really not pleasant to stay there. He did bring double bed linen when we complained. The bathroom was disgusting, with a dirty shower curtain over a tiny shower. The place was advertised at being 1000m from the closest restaurant, but the hill was so steep we were scared when driving to the property and would never be able to walk anywhere. A great disappointment for a very high price, I thought. The view was nice, but it did not make up for it.
