It has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Both bedrooms and sitting room open onto the terrace or garden. The apartment is also equipped with TV-satellite and Internet and has a laundry room on the ground floor. Guests also have exclusive access to a private swimming pool (4x8 metres) and jacuzzi on the upper terrace, which is heated in April and May. The villa is situated on Northern Italy's most famous golf course, Garlenda, and is within short walking distance from the club house and village of Garlenda where there are nice and reasonably priced restaurants and pizzerias.

Notes to the rental rates

• SPECIAL RATES WILL BE GIVEN TO LONGER TERM RENTERS (i.e. for 4 weeks or more)
  
• PAYMENT TERMS: 30% of the rental cost on booking and the balance of 70% to be paid one month before arrival.
  CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation takes effect only when we receive a written notification from the person who signed the rental agreement, and applies from the date we receive the notification.
  For cancellation:
  - Up to one month before the beginning of the rental period loss of 30%
  - From 30 days to 15 days before the beginning of the rental period loss of 50%.
  - Cancellation after 15 days before the beginning of the rental period loss of 100% of the total amount.
  CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT: A cautionary deposit of EUR150 is to be paid for the property on arrival directly to the owner or the owner's representative. It will be returned to you at the moment of your departure, less the cost of any breakages or damages.
  CLEANLINESS: The property will be consigned to you clean and in good order. The refrigerator must be emptied, kitchenware washed up and garbage taken out
