Private, outdoor, solar heated (from May to September) swimming pool (5m x 10m), parking facilities and garden. The villa is 180 m2 on two levels. Romantic Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Two twin bedrooms with separate bathroom. Living/dining room with large terrace. Golfvilla is located on the outskirts of Garlenda village, overlooking Garlenda golf course. A 10-minute drive from the Riviera resort of Alassio. Both the hilly region of Garlenda and the coastal area around Alassio are exposed to the South and protected from the northerly winds. Alassio enjoys a typical Mediterranean maritime climate, pleasant and mild, with an annual range of about 15 degrees. Average winter temperature: 10 degrees. The summer, refreshed by marine breezes, has an average temperatures of 25 degrees.

The house is excellent, nothing fails.
The heatet pool offered us hours of sunbathing and relaxation.
And it is through what others wrote; the house is even better then one expect from reading the description.

We had a very nice week in Golfvilla on July 2009. We really enjoyed. The house was even better than described in Internet. There is everything you can expect. I fully recommend the house for nice holiday.

wunderbares Anwesen im Herzen von Ligurien

Wir haben als Familie (2 Kinder 21 und 15 Jahre) wunderbare Ferien hier verbracht. Das Haus ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand und es fehlt an nichts.( w-lan hat super funktioniert) . Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool (und der Poolroboter) haben uns besonders fasziniert und oft die Zeit vergessen lassen, sodass wir nur jeden 2. Tag die Umgebung erkundet haben.
Vilanova, Alassio, San Remo, Monaco sind sehr zu empfehlen---leider haben die 2 Wochen nicht gereicht um alles zu sehen und wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.
Vielen Dank an Finola und Mats, die immer sofort bemüht waren uns bei Problemen zu helfen.
Auch die Anfahrt war kein Problem: Flug bis Nizza und anschl. mit dem Leihwagen bis Garlenda war dank guter Wegbeschreibung gut zu finden. Vorort gibt es in Garlenda einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste und morgens für Brötchen. Für alle deutschen Gäste ein kleiner Mangel: es gibt im Haus keine Kaffeemaschine----sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.

nous qui recherchons un vrai dépaysement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans une maison confortable et chaleureuse (dont la description dans l'annonce correspond à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place) située dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup de villes proches de Garlenda (Gênnes, Turin , Milan, Impéria, San Rémo, Vintimille, Alassio, ...).
Un séjour dont nous garderons un trés bon souvenir et que nous conseillons aussi bien à des amateurs de golf, qu'à des familles avec enfants ou à des personnes qui recherchent un vrai dépaysement.

You will not be disappointed - the house is even better than it looks on the internet. Charming house with everything in it, nice pool, quiet area, 10 minutes from the Riviera / Allasio. Nice owners. We had a very nice holiday july 2008.
