Sip a cool champagne Bellini on the balcony whilst watching the sun go down then put your feet up on the modern leather sofas while listening to your favorite Cd in the relaxing living room-this is the perfect lake Como accommodation. Cook up an Italian delight in the modern kitchen. Unwind on the plush leather sofas & watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. The bathroom contains an invigorating power shower. W/c and bidet. The apartment is close to the ferry and bus stops (3 &10 min walk) to access the whole lakehence a car is not necessary! Safe, secure gated parking is available on site. The apartment is ideally placed to explore the lake including Bellagio ( a short boat ride) or even Milan or Switzerland. But be warned one visit to the lake is never enough and this apartment will only enhance your experience!

Situated in the sleepy village of Lenno, the property is ideally situated to enjoy all the lake has to offer. The ferry port just 3 minutes at hand to take full advantage of the lake whilst the village itself offers the very best in scenery, restaurants and bars. Less than 10 minutes from Villa Carlotta, one of the lake's main attractions and just a boat ride away from Bellagio,'Jewel of The Como' for stunning 3D views of the all sides of the lake. Cycle around the lake (for the more adventurous!) or take advantage of the water sports available throughout the summer. The apartment is just 10 minutes to the entrance of Villa Balbianello made famous by the recent James Bond film, 'Casino Royale'. Milan is just 1 hour from Lenno or takes the hourly train from Como. A little secluded, shingle beach is just 2 mins walk in front the apartment & a golden sandy beach is only 10 minutes walk. If your looking for a relaxing sun kissed break with a touch of luxury -Lake Como is for you.

The lake: Lenno is a beautiful lakeside village with a warm sunny aspect, perfect for a tranquil holiday.The main village is set off the main road which means you can enjoy strolls along the lake front in the balmy night air while enjoying the views and a late night gelato. Consisting of welcoming restaurants and smart bars serving regional Italian delicacies Lenno is lakeside living par excellence. One of the only golden sandy beaches prevails here where you can sit beneath miniature tented gazebos while waiters serve your favourite cocktail! Lenno is also home to the famous Villa Balbianello, the romantic fairtytale villa with glorious gardens and breathtaking views. The villa was most recently seen in the latest 007 James Bond adventure Casino Royale and can be accessed by water taxi or by foot only 15 minutes walk from the lake. From the nearby Campo ferry stop (just 3 minutes walk from the apartment)you can access all parts of the lake by the ferry or take the bus from the apartment out.

Football: Approx 1 hour by car to San Siro. Home of AC MILAN & INTER MILAN. Accessible also by train (1 and a half hours journey). Tickets available from club websites, ask us for details & directions.

Grand Prix.: The Monza Grand Prix usually takes place every October. The circuit is situated just 50 minutes from the apartment. See specialist magazines and internet sites for details Accessible by car or direct to Monza train station from Como.

Other Activities: Cookery and art classes 10 minutes walk. Small ski resort 30 mins drive. 2 hours to San Moritz.
