This beautiful villa with pool (5*10 -opened April till October) is situated in panoramic & quiet location but at the same time within walking distance from the centre of the charming Bellagio. Recently restored, this luxury villa maintains its traditional atmosphere. It has private gardens, a park with olives trees, a fantastic pool with superb view of the 2 arms of Bellagio promontory and surroundings mountains. There are totally 4 suites with 5 sleeping rooms & 3 extra sleepingrooms with comfortable double/sofa beds ( on request living according guests need) and 5 large bathrooms, all with showers. There is a common large dining area & a large kitchen. All comfort can be found: air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, internet access, safe, electronic safety key, launderette, private parking. Lake Como

Bellagio area - 1km from the centre It's situated on the outskirts of Bellagio, an ancient unspoilt village with characteristic streets and stepped lanes crossed by low bridges which join the century-old houses. The village is reachable with about 15 minutes walking with a path of 800 mt - at 400 mt first supermarkets and a sporting centre . The villa is ideal for weddings because of its romantic setting. This is an ideal location for relaxing or taking day trips around the lake. This area features incredible natural beauty and a convenient position, just 30 kms from the town of Como and a half-hour's boat ride from the famous Menaggio or Varenna holiday resorts. Many famous people have made this area their own private hideaway - including George Clooney, TRAVEL INFORMATION: Once arriving in Milan-Malpensa Airport, from the terminal you can travel by bus to Como in 40 minutes (Appx. $12/E11) , then travel by boat or bus again to Bellagio. A car can be hired/rented from Malpensa Airport

During our annual trip of three families, we decided to go back to Northern Italy. After research, we choose this villa in Bellagio. This was a wonderful choice. Having rented many villas over the past 12 years, we are usually more disappointed versus being pleasantly surprised. This facility was wonderful! It has recently been totally refurbished and the quality of the furnishings and appliances are first class.

It has extraordinary outside spaces. Every morning we would take coffee on the upper balcony overlooking Bellagio and the western edge of Lake Como. The view from the villa is spectacular. They also arrange to have chef come in and prepare dinner for us each evening. The food was wonderful; I wish I could cook pasta like the chef Beniamino. We also spent time playing bocce and swimming in the beautiful pool that when you look out over Lake Como is like an infinity pool. We would finish off the evening watching the sun set sipping wonderful Italian wines.
