The apartments are set in a quiet living quarter in Lugana, a small village belonging to the Sirmione community. The village centre with shops of all types, restaurants, cafés and beaches can be easily reached in 5 minutes walking. Sirmione is also a famous spa town and the “Virgilio” spa complex is only a few steps from the condominium. Thanks ot their excellent location, the apartments are the ideal starting point to visit the lake and its sourraundings. The condominium, called 'Residence Garden Ville', consists of 62 apartments located in 4 buildings and has a huge pool and a beautiful garden with trees. About the pool: size 25x12 mt, depht 1-4 mt. The bathing cap is obligatory. Resting time from 1.30pm to 3 pm and from 10pm to 8am. We own 7 holiday apartments all close to eachother.

This small but quiet, romantic and well equipped apartment has a surface of 35 m2 and is suitable for 3 people. It's located at the 2nd floor under roof and has a huge roof terrace. It consists of: dining room with double bed and double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Air conditioning and gas heating. Ideal for couples or small families.

The wonderful Sirmione peninsula and its sourraundings, located on the southern coast of Lake Garda, combine the beauties of the landscape with history and culture, famous wines and culinary specialities with sport health and quiet. The lake and the sourraunding hills mitigate the winter. The climate here is wonderfully mild all year round.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Gas(when the heating is not necessary), Water, Electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental rates. At your arrival you will be asked a security deposit of Euro 150 that will be given back on departure after the check of the apartment. Check in time is from 5pm to 8.30pm and check out time is not later than 10.00am. Late arrivals are not possible. The reservations are valid only with a payment of a booking deposit amounting the 50% of total price, which has to be paid by Bank Transfer. The rest of the amount has to be paid cash on arrival.
  • Rates don't include: heating (it's usually necessary from 15.10 to 15-30.04, in this period gas will be charged according to consumption); air-co is charged according to consumption; bedlinen and towels are provided on request at a cost of 10 euro per person (this just covers the cost of the laundry and delivery to the apartment, if a change is required, the cost is incurred again). A baby bed is available at a cost of 20 euro/week. Pets Euro 20/week.

General information: Thanks to their excellent location the apartments are the ideal starting point for touring the lake, its surroundings and the historic cities of northern Italy. Verona, with its famous Opera season, is only 35 km away. Trips can be easily made also to Venice (135 km), Padua (102 km), Brescia (30 km.), Bergamo (78 km), Mantova (58 km) and many other classic cities of great art. The mountains and waterfalls of the Trentino region are only 2 hours drive away. The famous theme parks of Lake Garda Gardaland, Caneva World, Natura Viva, Giardino Sigurtà can be reached in few minutes by car. There are wonderful walks along the lake. From March to October a regular steamer service takes you from Sirmione to all the other little towns around the lake. The golf player will find in less than 30 min. from the residence 4 different golf courses. In July and August don't miss to see an opera in the famous Arena of Verona.
