Lake Maggiore - Laveno-Mombello area New construction, this two floors house is set in a charming area on lake Maggiore, 20 meters from Reno beach. From the dining/living room terrace and from the bedrooms nice garden there is a great view of the Lake and of its romantic sunset. Two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin and the dining/living room is furnished with sofa-beds (king-size or twin). The bathroom with bath/shower is fully fitted and tiled. The kitchen is fully organised (refrigerator-oven-microwave). Central heating and private parking.

The central position is ideal to spend holidays and benefit from the Lake, the mountain, or to visit some interesting areas or just shopping in the fashion cities of the Lake Maggiore. Reno/Laveno is close to Varese and is ideal for mountain walking/biking to Monte Rosa-Valformazza-Sempione-Parco del Ticino-Mottarone-Sacro Monte di Varese-Valganna. Lake activities like swimming, fishing, wind-surfing, sailing, rowing, diving are well organized all around. Take a daily cruise down the lake to visit the romantic islands of Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori,the Botanic garden of Isola Madre, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, The San Carlone statue (21 mt-1314dc) in Arona, the Angera fortress.

This house was great, the view from it was even better than the pictures showed so it was a pleasant surprise. The house had all the facilities that we required, very useful with kids to have a garden to use, and also upstairs balcony made the space seem larger. The accomodation was very clean, the owner was very helpful and kind, and we would consider going there again in the future, and would have no problem recommending it. The location by the lake was great, but we felt that it was necessary to have a car, as there weren't many shops close by, so we needed to drive to shop. There were a few restaurants closeby.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
