New construction, this two floors house is set in a charming area on lake Maggiore, 20 meters from Reno beach. From the dining/living room terrace and from the bedrooms nice garden there is a great view of the Lake and of its romantic sunset. Two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin and the dining/living room is furnished with sofa-beds (king-size or twin). The bathroom with bath/shower is fully fitted and tiled.
