Furbished to a very high standard - this is the ideal apartment for anything from a long weekend - to a long term stay. There is a small village bar and store 50 meters down the road - with views to write home about. The apartments have access to a very attractive garden with vine covered veranda. Enjoy Italy as it was 50 years ago - superbly located to explore Le Marche towns, beaches, countryside and attractions. Airy, light apartments, with balcony and garden and the mot amazing views. On a clear day the Adriatic is visible 40 km away! Ideal for Families and couples alike, explore the local area and enjoy sleepy Italy or use the central location to explore the larger picture of this lovely region.

Apartment for one couple, one spacious living area, comprising of kitchen, dining area and sofa bed. Also a generous bathroom. Furbished to a very high standard in the recently renovated house. Access to a large communal garden with vine covered veranda and view. Just 40 minutes from the airport and a great base from which to explore Le Marche. Come and discover the real Italy. Ideal for short stays of long term rentals - for which we are flexible on the price. La Panoramica is set in sleepy, peaceful village (known as 'The Balcony of Le Marche') untouched by tourism - a quality loved by all of our visitors. This little village has a bar, shop and restaurant within 100m of the door, and is a ten minute drive from the larger, equally beautiful hilltop town of Cingoli - home to many more bars, restaurants and shops.

  • We are entirely flexible and you may arrive and depart as you please, there are no set changeover days and no minimum rental period, so we can cater for all needs. Should the party be larger than six, or require two separate apartments then this can also be arranged as 2 of our apartments are jopined via the balcony. Please contact us for further information.

    We do request a refundable security deposit.

    One third of total fee secures a booking and the balance is due two months before your stay.
